"The hostel, the staff and the breakfast they provide is all great! What’s let it down is the tour I booked with them to the pyramids. Firstly I was booked onto a tour to see multiple pyramids when in fact I’d just wanted to see the Giza pyramids and sphinx, maybe there had been some miscommunication.
