"Will preface saying I've never been to this house, so this is basically a review of the experience. Booked this property due to its location, more than 3 months in advance. Chatted with Lisa prior to arrival in order to extend stay by a day, so far without issue. 3 weeks prior to arrival Lisa messaged saying the property will not be available due to a heating issue. She offered a different property which (for me) was not located as well, but described it as a complete upgrade in any other way....

"When we got to the property the back door was wide open. There were empty beer cans and bottles left in a box in the garden. We were only left 2 towels but the cleaner brought 2 more. The house wasn't very clean. There were two plug sockets that were hanging off the wall. One of the beds were broken, the cupboard where the boiler was was broken at the hinges. The garden was bare nowhere to sit. Some of the blinds were broken. Aslo there isn't much space to store food. The washing machine doesn't...

"I think the name of the title says it all a lot of basic damage to the house not clean at all all the things that you want when you go away home from home this was not a home from home"

"Was a really nice house. Was a bulb or 2 out wich dont seem much but when you want the landimg light on of the kids on a night is a bit of a ball ache.the parki g ouside was a nightmare its a dead end and you cant turn round if theres other cars in the street. Also could have done with some cind of camp bed or pull out upstairs for third child.But im nit picking coz the house was lovely. And we all enjoyed our stay. "
