"The contactless check-in was smooth. The room was comfortable. The neighborhood was a mix of residential and commercial buildings, and I liked seeing residents taking walks at all hours of the day. I wish we could have stayed longer. My only complaint was that the espresso machine ran out of water. I don't know for how long, and there was no one in the dining area or front desk to ask. This was in the morning, so someone should have been monitoring this. I didn't mention it because I had brunch plans, so it wasn't that important for me to get coffee ahead of time. This also wasn't a big deal for us, but there was no elevator, so we had to hand carry several suitcases up the stairs. I don't know if the website says this; if this had been important, I would have researched it ahead of time. I was more concerned about the noise we made for our neighbors while moving our luggage. Other than that, we loved this quaint hotel and would stay again."
