"Perfect location! "

"The trip was wonderful. We loved the hotel and especially the view. We did find the app and the website lacking. Room service should be easily accessible and I have to believe if it was, you'd have more volume. We were told there was a breakfast buffet but no one really knew exactly what was on it and when i did a search, the restaurants didn't list that one was even offered. If the menu on the buffet changes, maybe update social media so your guests are more aware. AGain it may add sales volume. We chose to eat out. All in all the room, accomodations, valet and view were wonderful. Oh I was also unable to find if the hotel offered any shuttles...."

"This property is an old Bank building and has quite the character. The location is very conveniently located within a short walk to all three stadiums (baseball, football, and basketball) as well as the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame. Tons of great bars and reataurants in the area as well. The rooms are large with high ceilings and very nice."

"Our room was way bigger then I expected. Room was very clean. Didn't get a chance to try it the pool but that looked nice also. "

"The only thing I didn't care for is. I could have checked in early. But she said I had to wait to 4 o'clock. When I came back at four o'clock, there was a huge line, had to wait an hour to check in."
