"I enjoy staying at the Embassy Suite by Hilton. The staff at the front are very helpful and check in was fast and professional and most of all pleasant to talk to. The room was clean and comfortable. I also had breakfast and the workers where also very nice and polite even the ones that cleaned the tables. I recommend it to anyone who needs a great safe hotel. "The breakfast was over the top incredible. The variety, hot food, healthy choices. Plenty of seating and polite staff. Hot tub and work out area more than met our needs. The entire facility was clean and well kept. On a scale of 1-10 they are a 10+++ When we return to the Cleveland area why would we even consider staying anywhere else. "
