"Hotel was clean and smelled nice. Close to our venue. I was pretty upset that the heater in the indoor pool was broken. No notice, no messages about it, and we weren’t even told this at check in. We chose this hotel 4 months in advance just because of the indoor pool. We even added a day to our stay because of the pool. Hubby and I went down to the pool, in our suits, walked passed the front desk employees, and no one said anything. Pool was FREEZING cold. I asked about it, and while they were kind, I was the one that had to ask for any kind of a refund. $40 off of a $380 bill. "

"Check in and out was very easy. Hotel was nice and clean. Floor in unit squeaked in a few spots. Breakfast was ok. "

"We have stayed in this hotel many years ago and weren't disappointed. This time we were not impressed. It is definitely showing it's age. The only update I could see was the flooring in the rooms. The elevators did not smell pleasant. The doors to the rooms had a 1.5 inch gap under them so you could hear everything in the hallway and definitely the adjoining rooms. The Marijuana smell was another down side. It was very strong and for non smoking hotel rooms. Some people don't like the smell and choose rooms based on that. The bathroom lighting was very dim and it was very old looking and did not feel clean. The room was spacious and the balcony was nice if you want to check out the city views. Even though the price was under the others in the area, I don't think we'll choose this location again. Also this location does not include breakfast."

"We did not get to have breakfast. When we checked in, the front desk guy told us breakfast was served until 10a.m. We got there at 8:50a.m., and waited for someone to seat us. The hostess came back to the front and told us it ended at 9a.m. So we missed out on the breakfast that I was hoping to celebrate. (Another couple was there at the same time we were, expecting the same, but was turned away as well.)"

"The restaurant did not have the wine on the menu and the staff did not know what to do and had no clue what wine was what. The chef called in and they didn’t have a good back up plan. Poor waiter was trying his best and the manager had no clue, but tried. Rooms was super clean!"
