"For a $40 resort fee/night, the property doesn’t offer much in the ways of amenities. When I stayed last time you could at least get free coffee and water in the lobby. There is not a coffee make in the room so the only choice is to pay for it. I feel like the resort fee was simply for the ability to buy something at the coffee bar. "

"Clean room, maids stopped by daily to freshen up room, fast elevators, very helpful staff. We had no problem checking in bus as the day got later so did the check in line. Perfect location!"

"This place was very dirty like old and tattered kind of old. I took pictures I just never sent it in. Even though the parking was super convenient and the staff where okay I would stay else where the next time because cleanliness and updated non tattered facilities is more important. It was just so dingy and grossed me out. "

"El hotel está muy bien ubicado, caminando a solo unos minutos de Central Park, a una calle arriba de la calle Broadway… en fin todo muy cerca para llegar a donde quieras sin problema. Las instalaciones del hotel también súper bien, en realidad todo lo calificaría excelente si no es porque solo funcionaba un solo elevador, y ahí sí que era una pérdida de tiempo porque te llevaba hasta 20 minutos de espera. Volvería a llegar sin duda, solo verificaría que funcionaran los elevadores."

"Do not book here. When we checked into our room 227 we found the AC did not work. It was uncomfortable and hot in the room. When we ask why we were not told the AC was broke prior to our checking in the front desk staff said they did not know and had no report of it being broken. This cannot be true as in the room there a very, very loud fan in the room. This indicated there was a known problem with the advertised amenities of the room. The fan had no knob therefore we could not control the noise or the airflow.. They also said no other rooms were available and could move not us. In addition: 3 out of 4 outlets near the bed did not work, there were holes in the towels provided for us, and the room was falling apart . The entire night was unrestful, uncomfortable, and a disappointment. Multiple attempts to contact the management has not been unreturned. For the high price and lack of communication I strongly advise against booking here."

"Overall solid hotel option! Great location, room was lovely and staff were friendly. The grab and go breakfast was a brilliant perk, kept us full until dinner. "
