"Disregard any of the elevator comments. They are working and efficient. The property provided 2 bottles of water per day and you get those at the gift shop but your $35 per day credit doesn’t apply to the shop only the restaurants in the hotel. Property was very centrally located, and staff was very helpful. Rooms were good but beds are standard size so not much room if you were traveling with a family. This was a good option for our family of 4. I would choose this again."

"Location is very good. Train station, Javits Center, Times Square are all close by. Hotel is dated, and staff are not very friendly. No hot water for two nights with no concession except empty promises. Was only able to get them to hold our bags for free on the last day and that was not without push back from the front desk staff. We were there for a volleyball tournament otherwise I would have stayed at a chain hotel."

"Great location - particularly for a first time visit to the city - the subway is just a short walk away as is Central Park. The staff were really accommodating- from the receptionists, to the porters and cleaning crew. "

"Check-in took a really long time and they made me pay for my 2 rooms separately. Also, even though the reservation was under my name, every adult had to be present and show ID to get additional keys. Aside from that, hotel was clean, staff was friendly and the breakfast buffet offered a large variety of foods. It was always busy, but the staff managed it well."

The location was incredibly convenient for getting to the theaters, and the hotel itself was quiet, clean, and felt very safe. It was exactly what we needed for a busy trip in the city. We had a wonderful stay and will absolutely choose Pod Times Square again on our next visit."
