"Staff was nice but we did not have hot water for 2 hours on Friday evening. They did compensate me a bit for the inconvenience They also did not clean the room one day and I called for clean towels but we never received them so I had to call them again hours later. Location was good. "

Took almost 5 hours to determine the compressor was shot and then another hour or so to get a different room. The staff was wonderful during this issue and refunded a credit for the inconvenience."

Parking at Dock as recommended right across the street and convenient. Subway right across the street. Restaurants and bars nearby. Would def stay here again. "
