    This newly renovated home is a great space to unpack and explore the beautiful city of Indianapolis! The house sits in a perfect spot, close to downtown! Where there are many activities to do from shopping in the Circle Center Mall to touring around the circle while riding a horse​ carriage!

Overall, a very clean place. Towels are very small, no bath mat so you need to be careful getting in and out of the shower. Lacking pillows, only two cups and no ice trays in kitchen , quiet neighborhood For the price, you get a fair value

What went smoothly: booking, communication, on-street parking, check-in/out, close to Lucas Oil Stadium, easily got an Uber/Lyft. What could be improved: the location was in an urban area that feels like is trying to make a come back. Therefore homes in the area need some TLC. When we walked into the apartment, there was a weird smell and it seems they maybe did not lay a sub floor as some parts of the floor were soft and squishy (ew). Futon had a stain on it. Kitchen/bedroom/bathroom basic without a lot of extras (good thing I brought my own soap). Overall it served our purpose for one night.
