Location is EXCELLENT! The king beds were something we didn’t know we needed. Communication with host was the best I’ve ever had with a VRBO host. Clear and detailed instructions and when asked host a question they responded very timely. We came to watch Niners vs Colts game and with the cold temperatures the access to the sky walk to the stadium was insanely convenient as the access was on our same floor a couple units down! I would 100% would recommend staying here!!!!!

The location is excellent and the check in was very straightforward. The second floor unit is spacious and has direct access to the covered walkways that connect the downtown. We requested a pack and play plus a high chair, which were there on our arrival, which was great.Unfortunately the road noise from the street with loud motorcycles and cars made sleeping in the front bedroom really difficult. I ended up moving to the kids’ inner room to get some sleep most nights, which wasn’t ideal. The kitchen is spacious, but I don’t think many folks cook there- if you look back in the cabinets the pans are dirty and I was hunting for a cookie sheet and found cobwebs, dust and even a few bugs in the pots and pans so quickly abandoned that idea. We just used the baking dish at the front of the cabinets instead, which was fine. There’s a full sized fridge and dishwasher, which is great if you’ve got bottles. Overall a good experience, just a few small hiccups that caused me to give it 4 stars instead of 5.

The apartment is nice and very functional. The neighborhood is busy and can be noisy, but it's in the heart of the city - what does one expect? Parking was tricky, mainly because there was street construction right by the building entrance while we there (unlucky), and the police had marked most of the nearby spaces as No Parking. Even so, with a little patience, We always found a spot. Lots of nearby dining and things to do.We had a great time.

Amazing Convention Location

This is an amazing location for a convention. Easy check in, great communication, place was bigger than I expected and the kitchen was very nice. The only slight thing i would mention is if you are a light sleeper, there is some light from the street through the blinds and there can be some road noise which is to be expected being right downtown. But otherwise an amazing stay. Thank you so much!

Fun Place to Stay

I stayed here during a work conference because the hotel prices were crazy. This place was great for me. About a 5-6 minute walk to the conference at the Westin, and located in a fun part of downtown with a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. Make sure you visit Terry downstairs in the Block Bistro and Bar. The host always responded within minutes if I ever had a question or needed something. Overall a great place to stay and I'd stay there again.

Lewis was the best host. He made sure I knew everything from parking to local restaurants to skywalk access. Everything was turnkey, functioned exactly the way that it should the beds were comfortable. The space was very clean. All of the amenities expected in a short-term stay. In town for a convention

The property is centrally located in Downtown Indy with access to most places via the indoor skywalk. The communication from the host makes the check in process quite easy. The unit has everything to make a stay comfortable. It’ll definitely be my go to for future Indy trips!

Great trip. Great communication. Greta area. The skywalk access is next level in terms of convenience. Not having to walk outside and move around that area of the city was perfect. With that said, there is a locked gate that closes at night time and you can’t get through the final door so you have to walk outside and around the corner. Wasn’t a big deal but that is something I wasn’t expecting. Amenities were great for our party size and no one had any issues. Would stay again.

This place has potential but as is it’s on par with a Super 8. Poor lighting, dirty carpets, too many broken or damaged items. Holes in the walls, chips out of the countertop, cracked coffee pot, etc etc.

Great Girls' Getaway

My friend and I came to town for a couple of Fever games. This was the perfect place for our stay! It is conveniently located and safe, even when walking at night after the basketball games. The unit itself is bright and cheery and had what we needed for a comfortable stay. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great apartment near convention center and skywalk

This is our second stay at this property, it has worked out perfectly for my family. It has been clean and well prepared for us each time. The direct access to the skywalk is a big plus. Lots of restaurants nearby, easy access to the convention center, the mall, and Lucas Oil stadium.

Many issues: 1. The owner claims to utilize a "security team" to see who is coming and going from the property but the only way they would have access to this information would be through CAMERAS!! We never passed an actual employee in the office. Left us feeling extremely violated. 2. The owner then attempted to charge me $20 per guest per night extra and would not communicate appropriately, I had to call and get VRBO involved. 3. This property falsely advertises skywalk access to the mall and convention center.

Just as advertised!

Great place, just as advertised. Pros: The beds are comfortable with lots of pillows. Temperature was easy to control and always comfortable (in November). We were able to cook some basic things in the kitchen, using only what was already there. TVs were set up with Netflix, which is all we wanted. Wifi was fast. There's a 24/7 gym on the 6th floor which was better than the average hotel gym. Trash was easy to take out. All good! Service was great. They always responded to the chat right away. We had an issue with not having sheets for the roll-away cot, and someone came by same day to drop some off for us. Cons: The showers had great pressure, but not a lot of hot water, so the whole family can't shower all in a row (two showers in a row, max). Furniture is good for sitting around and chatting, but not comfortable for lying in front of the TV all day. The building is old and retro-fit to be residential. There are no stairs between floors, and the elevators can be finicky. I got trapped on the 6th floor and had to take the emergency escape down to the sidewalk outside, and walk back around to the front door. Frustrating to not have stairs available.
