"This was, without a doubt, the best hotel stay I’ve had in years. It was my first true beachfront experience, right on the beach. So I’ll admit I was a little apprehensive going in, but it exceeded every expectation. The staff was absolutely phenomenal! They were welcoming, attentive, and genuinely made the experience even better. The beach view was nothing short of breathtaking, and the room size was perfect for what we needed. Honestly, who wants to spend too much time in a room when you’re in San Juan anyway? I will definitely be booking here again. Highly recommend!"

"We enjoyed our stay however the Sunday we got there they had allowed a lot of outsiders in so there were no chairs or room - the middle of the week it was quiet and nice - the biggest complaint was housekeeping- they didn’t really clean and by the end of the week the floors were disgusting. A couple of days they didn’t leave enough towels - the rest of the staff was wonderful and sweet"

"Our balcony looked in rough shape. The metal frame was an eyesore. The door itself was old and the chair in our room was dirty and stained."

"Booked a kitchenette room but there was no table or seating—only the bed, so we had to eat all our meals there. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival, and the toilet ended up leaking. Staff temporarily threw towels on the floor and didn’t properly follow up after it was fixed—leaving towels soaked in toilet water behind in the bathroom. We also had no hot water for about two days before it was finally fixed, which was extremely frustrating. There was mold in the bathroom, which I reported, but I was told no other rooms were available. The coffee maker was broken and dirty, the lamp shade had visible stains, the blind in the room was broken, and hallways were unclean. Even the communal washer and dryer looked old and gross. I was also told I’d be charged $10 for extra towels. Parking is also a problem—thankfully we were able to find street parking around the corner during our stay. The pool is extremely small (fits about 5 people). Only positive is the location, about 5–15 minutes from the beach. Very disappointing overall. Hotel offered no refund or compensation . Would not stay again."

"It was a good enough state I think what made the most of it was the staff because they were all really sweet and helpful and always recommended places to see in places to do when we first arrive or even if they see us walking out I think my only issue was that plumbing was pretty bad like sometimes the toilet wouldn’t flush, even though we didn’t put anything in there and also the Internet and Wi-Fi was extremely bad. I don’t know if it’s just where our room was located, but we couldn’t really watch the TV or use your phones a lot of the time which is OK because majority of the time we were out and about, but if you wanted like a relaxing day inside the hotel, it would be pretty difficult if you wanted to watch TV or play on your phone unless you were out of the room. There’s also like a pretty funky smell in the air not in the hotel area but when you walk out, I’m not too sure if it’s from the beach or something else! Other than that, it’s nice for what it is and it’s pretty close to a lot of restaurants in walking distance and I heard the beach was nearby but we didn’t go to that beach. We drove to a different one. There’s also no parking but street parking wasn’t at all hard to find like you could pretty much park anywhere as long as it’s of course not by a fire hydrant or anywhere on the sidewalk that is painted in yellow. I do wish we checked out the sister location because I heard they had like a restaurant everything but we just didn’t have enough time."
