"This was my husband and I’s first time visiting Puerto Rico, and this resort made the experience even more special. The property is absolutely beautiful—the restaurants inside the resort were great, and the beach access was amazing. We especially loved the pool overlooking the ocean… such a dreamy view! The location is also a huge plus. There are plenty of food spots and shops nearby, and we loved that we could literally walk to La Placita de Santurce for nightlife and exploring. My only complaint would be the housekeeping staff. Even with the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, staff would knock very loudly multiple times, and on one occasion they even opened the door despite us saying we were okay. That part felt a bit intrusive and uncomfortable. Aside from that, the resort was clean, beautiful, and very aesthetic. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!"

"Staff was amazing! Roof top under construction, would love to see it when it’s finished. Room amenities were good. My one complaint - no quiet hours or noise cancelling between rooms. I could hear EVERYTHING my neighbors were saying and doing. They kept me up every night even when I asked them to be quiet. If you value peace and relaxation, this might not be the place. "

"The property is very old. The in room safe non operational. The telephone non operational. Had to have someone come and reprogram the tv remote 3 times. I was very concerned that if I needed to call the front desk or security it was impossible to do. The WiFi only works from the second floor up. Very annoying that I couldn’t call a uber driver in front of the hotel. Will never return "

"The staff was very kind during our stay. The beach is a minute walk from the hotel and close to local gas stations and shops. We really enjoyed our stay here. The patio was a huge perk for me! Previous comments noted AC complaints and we had no issue at all. The hotel has a charming ambiance. Would book again "
