Absolutely amazing stay. Didnt try out the spa but this was an amazing hotel. I believe it was a little slow so the staff upgraded me to a room that faced the lake. Breathtaking views. Anything in the mini fridge is free of charge and breakfast is included. All things that really matter when traveling in an expensive country. Would highly, highly recommend.

Great hotel. Food was good, and the hotel is right next to the tram down to the lake. It was truly one of the most amazing views from my hotel room balcony. Sunrise was memorable. Highly recommend this hotel!

It was the perfect place to stay with 2 teenagers. We felt safe leaving them to enjoy themselves and it was great for them to have a place to stay with big screen TV to watch World Cup semi finals. We would definelely stay here again. We had a hostel room which was small but had lots of showers and toilets and large gathering area so it was not an issue at all.

The room was remodeled, and the hotel management took great care in selecting the furniture! I have a rather nice bed at home, but this new bed in the ski lodge was the best bed I have ever slept on! Just glorious night of sleep… and the resultant manger was spot on… his staff was flawless and kind, the food was flavorful and delightful.

BEAUTIFUL room with an amazing view. Bathroom is very modern which I like. staff was accommodating and so kind allowing baggage hold prior to check in. Breakfast was wonderful with hot fresh food.

Extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Unique hotel with very cool antique furniture, which was a nice touch. Very interesting decor and lots of attention to detail as well. Our stay felt like being transported back in time! Dinner here was a culinary experience. The chef and staff were excellent and the meal was superb. And breakfast was awesome! amenities wonderful--staff professional and helpful--location wonderful (on lake) Only issue is a church bell that gongs 24/7 every 15 minutes--the staff provided me with earplugs, and I was fine when using them. Restaurant delicious, outdoors on the lake.

We stayed here for two nights in February 2017, since it was close to the sledding on Rigi. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough snow to sled, so we had to do other things. The location was amazing. You will need budget for the cable car ride to the hotel. The only downside was the cable car stopped at 7:10 so you can't spend an evening in the town od Weggin. Other than a amazing stay.

The views from the windows were extremely gorgeous including of Lake Lucerne and mountains on the other side of Weggis. The room was spacious with an incredible bathroom/tub. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options of the local fare. Also, staff was very polite and helpful. We would love to stay here again!

Oh my gosh this place is heaven. The room was perfect, good size, comfortable bed with a balcony overlooking an absolutely breathtaking view of the lake and the mountains! There is a coffee bar/stand on every floor so you can help yourself to a coffee any time, day or night. The breakfast buffet that's included was delicious.
