"Lovely hotel very close to the Chapel Bridge and Rosengart galleries. Rooms are clean and nice and the whole hotel has a bit of a good quirky vibe. Breakfast is decent - some hot & continental options. Would stay here again."

"I stayed at this hotel for its great location, which truly is the only strong point. Unfortunately, everything else fell short. The air conditioning shut down every two hours due to so‑called “green practices,” leaving the room uncomfortably warm throughout the night. On top of that, the bed linens were rough and far from soft, and the pillows were so uncomfortable that getting proper rest was nearly impossible. For the price and the reputation, I expected much better. I would not stay here again."
