"Hotel Rialto is a hidden gems. It’s a cute boutique hotel in downtown Vancouver. It was my first time staying here and I will surely return. The front desk staff was great and securely kept my bag before my room was ready and after I checked out. I received a complimentary upgrade which was nice. I had originally booked another downtown hotel, but this one was better priced and more centrally located. There is no gym but my understanding is they can give you a pass for a nearby gym. No pool or hot tub, but again I wasn’t expecting this experience from boutique hotel. I also didn’t have a car, I flew in via harbour air and it’s a less than 10 minute walk. Everything else was easy to get to by walking or bus. It’s right on the main bus route. 100% will be staying here again."

"I got the full one-bedroom suite with partial view of the harbour. It is a huge apartment, with a separate bedroom and an ensuite bathroom. Kitchen, dining and sitting areas are very well arranged. The full kitchen is convenient for travellers who prefer to do some light cooking rather than going out to restaurants. The view through the floor-to-ceiling windows was stunning. I arrived past midnight (due to fight delays) and the staff was very helpful. They called me before I arrived to confirm my arrival and waited for me. (Since this is not a full hotel, there is no staff at the front desk overnight.)"

"Beautiful room, bed is fantastic, comfortable and soft sheets. Lovely ambience in the room. Unfortunately there is ongoing construction on the street outside which they have no control over. Lots of stairs and no elevator (it’s a Victorian Inn) so be aware. That said, staff are happy to assist you. Wonderful breakfast served on a tiered tray, very classy, and also included in the hotel stay. Highly recommend. "
