"The breakfast was excellent, and there was a nice, spacious seating area. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The only problem I had was the shower pressure was low and the water was lukewarm at best. If you love a hot shower with good water pressure at a hotel, this will be a disappointment."

"The Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Our room was clean. AC worked well. Small breakfast available was a bonus! Make your own waffles is always a plus! Only negative was we could hear the talking in the lobby late into the night."

"Clean, convenient, great price. Great little free breakfast from 6:39 to 9:30. Remember to call the hotel when your flight arrives to get them to send the shuttle. Bed was comfy! But the elevators were broken so I had to lug my suitcase up two flights of stairs. The room’s drapes are fake so the bright parking lot floodlight shone through the window a bit all night. You can hear some road noise and I think a smoke alarm battery was beeping periodically. Ruby Tuesdays is next door but otherwise not much in safe walking distance. Despite the little things, would definitely recommend overall."

The location is a major highlight—within close proximity to excellent restaurants and the University of Tennessee, Knoxville campus, making it very convenient whether you're visiting for business, a game, or just exploring the area. The hotel itself is clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and everything ran smoothly overall. The only minor drawbacks were that breakfast closes at 9:00 AM during the week, which felt a bit early, and I had some difficulty getting the room temperature exactly where I wanted it. Aside from those small issues, it was a very positive experience, and I’d definitely stay here again."
