"We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained, which made the experience even more comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options, and the location was ideal—close to everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"Hotel was in a great location and easy to walk to everything! Breakfast was simple but delicious. Staff were helpful. However, communication prior to the stay was very poor (taking days or weeks to respond, if at all) and then even though they confirmed in writing that they would pick us up from airport, they never showed up! We were left waiting at the airport at 3am and ended up catching a taxi. Also, our toilet (room 10) was faulty the whole time and wouldn’t flush properly. Everytime we mentioned it, they came to ‘fix’ it but it would only last one or two flushes and then not work again. No attempt to move us or offer compensation. "

"Driver met us at the airport and brought us to the VRBO for only 35. The owner was there to greet us and give excellent information about the villa, surrounding area, and old town Quito. The place is very impressive. The Villa has everything you need. They offer laundry at 10 a load and they do all the work, returning everything folded. The 8 unit compound has a fully enclosed high cement fence with large double wood/steel fence that works with key fob. The garden is beautiful, large, with lots of birds. We used Uber without difficulty to go to and from town. Claudia lives on property and is easily reached by what’s app. Free WiFi. We really enjoyed our stay."
