"The ladies at the front counter were amazing! Vic at the bar was great and the pool was awesome! There were lots of clean towels to use and plenty of seating. My room was as expected for the price I paid and I was overall very satisfied with my stay. Planning another one for later this year! "

"I live about an hour away from Orlando and planned an overnight hotel stay to go to the parks Friday night and Saturday. This is one of the only hotels that doesn’t charge for parking or resort fees, which made it well worth it. The hotel was less than a 10 minute drive to universal parks and offers transportation, we did not use bc of the hours they offered, which is worth it since parking at the parks is $32. The check-in took less than 5 minutes and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were perfect for us, we had a great view of Volcano Bay, and the beds were very comfy. All in all, a great, short family getaway!!"
