"The hotel is literally connected to a mall. An awesome mall. Plus they have their own Starbucks and chick fil a and a bar. Plus free EV charge. Only issue was that we had to ask twice for our room to be cleaned. They only cleaned it one of the two possible days. "

We asked for our towels to be changed, but they didn't until the end of the day, so we had to go to the reception and ask for a couple of clean towels, and then they immediately sent someone to clean our room at 7:30 pm.
