"This property is well situated in The Villages and just down the street from the Sawgrass Square, and an easy golf cart drive to The Brownwood and Lake Sumter Landing town squares. There are two large Publix Supermarkets close by as well as other shopping and dining opportunities in the town squares. The property is well maintained and was a pleasure to stay at for the week we were there. When we texted to property owners with any questions we had, they were very prompt in their response"

We did call on the first day but then it seemed to improve so we can canceled the service call. But it got hotter every day after that. Partly my bad, and I'm sure it's been addressed by now. "House is large with lots of extras. Beds were not very comfortable in our opinion, and pool could have used a little cleaning. Some of the pool furniture was not in great shape. The few things that were not 100% with the house did not ruin our stay."

"I stayed for 2 months while i was buying and closing on a house in The Villages. The space was perfect for my needs and my dog loved the fenced in backyard. The location is ideal, close to everything. Walking distance to Canal Rec center and pool. Two minute drive to Sumter Landing."

"The property itself is very nice and roomy. Everything worked, except for a couple of burnt out lightbulbs, which was minor. The house was very clean, which is extremely important, my wife was very happy with that. The hot tub gets nice and warm, once you figure out the system. The Wifi was strong, but only the password is given to you, the name of the Wifi isn't in the binder in the house, and when you look there are quite a few possible Wifi networks. We eventually got it worked out via texts...
