"Alex (hopefully this is her name ) she was so friendly & welcoming We saw her because there was a problem with the toilet seat, very noisy She was straight on the problem with WD40 but to no avail, she put on a new seat soft close too She served us dinner drinks & breakfast on our 1st well done Room a little out dated but ver comfortable with everything you would need Shower very nice Car park Easy walk to all attractions "
