"Very friendly service and we were given a lovely corner room with a sea view of Playa Brava. Good facilities generally - TV with some english channels, good breakfast included, very nice outdoor heated swimming pool, free parking underneath the hotel, good air conditioning, bath and shower. Only detraction was the WiFi which worked well in public areas but not well in our room. Easy to walk to the beaches and cafes and restaurants. All in all a very good stay."

"The staff here were amazing. Some of the best service I have ever received in Chile. I’ve been in Chile 2 years and service in most places is shocking! Here nothing was too much trouble. A friendly welcome and a lovely clean room overlooking the beach. The property is in a good location, lots of restaurants and small bars nearby and also an easy walk to the “mall” if you want more commercial places to eat and right on the big beach of Arica.
