"This "hotel" is approximately 28 units total. No elevators. The entire lower level is rented as housing units.(my best guess, subsidized housing) The place was filthy. There was, we believe, blood splatter on the bathroom door and it didn't shut. The bed skirts were filthy with what I suspect was mold. Floor and walls patched. Literally nowhere else around to go. "Views from lodge were spectacular. Rooms could be updated and cleaner."

"not a friendly place and frankly not very clean"

"Place was clean"

"I loved the historic feel that felt upscale as well. The restaurant brunch was amazing. The staff was on point. Take a quick stroll around the town, it won’t take long."

"The whole property looks rundown. The rooms all need a good cleaning, paint, and updated TVs, beds, etc. The parking lot needs more space and painted lines for parking."

"The room was Okay. It had a basement musty smell, bed very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was just waffles and biscut sausage gravy, white toast, some cereals. The iron had plastic burned onto it and ruined my skirt. They gave a new iron for the room. Staff was fine. You get what you paid for."

"This property is in desperate need of a renovation. Worst Comfort Suites property I’ve ever stayed at by far. Everything was just worn and dingy. My door didn’t latch properly and the water pressure was pathetic. Would’ve requested a refund if I had checked in earlier in the evening."

"Breakfast was a joke"

"Friendly"

"Very nice and clean no frills motel for those on the road. We stayed there twice and were greeted by Sunny at the front desk and he was very friendly and answered all my questions about the area and were to get something to eat. When traveling through Berea we will most defiantly stay here again!"
