Everyone had room to sleep and hang out! The kids got to fish! And the thoughtfulness of having family necessities you wouldn't think to pack were above and beyond! I'd like to come back during fall or even winter! Do not pass this one up!! Great cabin, great host, great price!!! Loved it!! "

"This property was awesome. It was peaceful and quiet and just the place I was looking for to relax with the family. The owners were very helpful and responsive. I had an issue with a tv. With in 15 min they had a new one for me. That kind of service is not found anymore. I highly recommend this place for anyone that wants to just relax with nature. "

"Our family of five stayed at the Valley Vista B cabin. Impeccably clean and comfortable with a great wrap around porch for watching sunsets and having morning coffee. The kids loved the yard, play area, campfire area, and the deer that came out each evening to the apple orchard. We took daily adventures to Allegany State Park, Lake Erie beaches, and Niagara Falls.
