The hotel was great and comfortable. The free breakfast and free parking was super convenient too- I didn't realize both were free. The amenities were very nice. I would stay again!

The location was superb! up on the mountain, remote and quiet. Fantastic view of the entire city both in the morning and in the evening. Huge and clean room, staff are very nice and friendly. But it may not be convenient if you dun rent a car. Stayed two nights and enjoyed very much!

Lobby staff was so efficient to prepare all the key cards in advance in the individual envelope. It is wonderful and the luggageās that we deposited for the one day trip were set into the room when we come back. Well done.

Had an enjoyable stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Check-in and check-out process were very smooth with the kiosks and staff was available if I needed any assistance. Loved the public bath and the amenities. Everything was clean and service was great. Was never disturbed and any service was done quickly! Highly recommend! I would definitely consider continuing staying at a Dormy property in any future trips to Japan

The floor I was on and room smelt like cigarette smoke for some reason, had to turn on the humidifier to clean the air in my room. Other than that itās a nice setting, decent room space, and great staff

Grand Base Takamatsu is an apartment rental more than a hotel. Although it was not what we expected it was perfect for our stay in Takamatsu. It is very well located near the main shopping arcade, has a terrific soba restaurant across the street. It has an ok kitchen and be prepared to do some shopping for breakfast. Check-in is. little odd (no front desk - follow written instructions). When the written instructions did not work, we were able to get some help on line fairly easily. If...

One night staying at this hostel, it is so nice to have a private space in a wooden box with a lockable door. The room is quiet that I can have a quality sleep. The bed is comfortable. It is so close to the tram station and the bicycle rental. What can you ask for more?
