Breakfast had good variety of dishes. Very good location on quiet side street, walking distance from the local train station and Ritsurin Garden. Close to many restaurants and shops."

"Great place for family, comfortable beds with cosy sofa area. Simple kitchen with basic amenities. However, it will be great if there’s a wipe cloth given for the kitchen as it gets wet easily around the wash basin area. Love the dryer inside the shower room, as clothes get dry without being crumple."
