Don't forget to send a message via the booking system after booking/check-in as the staff will prepare the room accordingly. I would stay there again as it offers great value for money. "Do not stay here. More like a 1970s dormitory, the photos shown on the website are utterly misleading. I don’t even know where to start. Firstly, despite providing excessively detailed information online before checking in (to help ‘save time’ on arrival), we arrived late at night after navigating very narrow roads to get there and were met with an electronic check in system that not only required passport numbers and SCANS but took photos of all of us including four children. "Staff was super kind - I needed help bringing my & my travel companion's bags upstairs while my travel companion was out, and they even helped me carry it up. The public bath was lovely, and there was free ice cream and laundry. Rooms were smaller but well laid out so it was easy to use. I loved it! The parking uses a car rotator so only small cars will fit in - FYI. Did not try breakfast but did try their free ramen at night, which was a nice snack."
