"Food was fantastic. The beach was gorgeous. Loved the infinity pool. The restaurant and pool staff was friendly and attentive. Evening entertainment was good. Only downfall was the irritability by some of the bartenders when I asked for a mocktail instead of a cocktail."

"I recently visited with my 6 month old and husband and we loved our stay. We had a complimentary crib in our suite which was very spacious and cleaned everyday . Property was beautiful and we have no complaints about the food. I will mention when ordering room service the quality of food wasn’t the best but when visiting any of the buffets and restaurants it was excellent. Staff was helpful but we had an issue with bell boys never showing up to collect our luggage from our room for checkout . Overall it felt relaxing , calm and spacious the beaches were beautiful . Very kid friendly . I do wish they had more variety and options when it comes to entertainment but overall we enjoyed our stay with only a couple minor inconveniences."

"This is the most incredible resort I have ever stayed at. It’s not only beautiful, clean, with great food, but the staff is amazing. Every single person we spoke to was so kind, genuine and caring. They ensure that your stay is the best it can possibly be. I felt so spoiled the whole time! Gerardo, the pool concierge, is the most attentive and sweet person, he always came by to say hi and offer us anything we need. He also did some pretty incredible personalized sand art of my pets. And we even played a game of bowling with him and Isaac, another great employee! On top of that, we also got to meet Julio and Victor, when they made us bracelets. And they continued to look after us for the rest of the stay as well. They even made us some personalized wooden plaques, as a souvenir from our trip. Some honourable mentions for staff as well are Oscar, who bartends the lazy river swim up. He was such a joy! And Janet and Maria, who worked most of the activities. They were so much fun, and so good at their jobs. I would 1000% come back to the resort just for the staff! But they also put on some amazing shows in the evening, filled with so much fun and talent. I could go on and on but just trust me when I say, you will not regret booking this place!"

"Our stay at the TRS Coral Hotel in Cancun was truly a 10/10 experience. The resort is exceptionally clean, with modern, spacious rooms that were comfortable, high-end bedding. The staff provided incredible, attentive service often featuring dedicated butlers who go above and beyond to arrange reservations and personal touches. Dining is a major highlight; the à la carte breakfast at Capricho, with made-to-order options, is a fantastic way to start the day, especially if you get a table in a top waiter's section. It is an adults-only sanctuary that makes you feel pampered, and I highly recommend it for a relaxing yet lively trip."

"I recently stayed at SLS Playa Mujeres and unfortunately left very disappointed overall. For a property marketed as a five-star luxury resort, too many details were missed, and in hospitality, the small details are what separate a true luxury experience from an average one. One of my biggest frustrations was not being informed upfront about the “elite” upgrade package option. Whether intentional or not, it created the feeling that there was always another tier you were expected to pay for in order to get the “real” experience. Even then, from what I could tell, the differences didn’t seem substantial enough to justify it. The room details were surprisingly underwhelming. For a family of four, the snack setup consisted of a single pack of Skittles and two small packs of Chips Ahoy. That may sound minor, but those are exactly the types of thoughtful touches guests expect from a luxury resort — and they were simply absent here. The food was mediocre at best, and nearly every dining experience felt designed to push expensive upgrades. You already pay a premium to stay at the resort, yet somehow you constantly feel nickel-and-dimed. One dinner ended up costing me $250 for a steak and another $300 for a bottle of wine. By the end of the trip, I had spent more on meal “add-ons” than the actual cost of my four-day, three-night stay. The price gouging was excessive and honestly left a bad taste in my mouth. Another major issue was how inconvenient the concierge system was organize"
