Beautiful property, quiet, good service, decent food, well made drinks unlike many other resorts that use nasty tasting ingredients. Also not the place for the college crowd, thankfully.

Gorgeous new hotel and resort. All of the staff were amazing. We were there 10 days after opening and were aware that staff were being trained and observed to make sure everything they did was just right. A couple of tiny hiccups but nothing that you would not expect

My boyfriend and I could not recommend this resort enough. We were greeted by Christian at the door with a glass of champagne and cool towel. It was a bit tricky getting into the area. So from the cancun airport you will need to take a taxi or bus to the Puerto Juarez. Then u will need to get a ferry to get to the island with is where the resort is at. But other then that everything else was great.

We had an incredible time at the Ixchel Beach house. Emilio and the rest of the team at the restaurant and beach were excellent. We were in room 409 in building two and it was fantastic. Each room is different, so make sure you request a room that has been recently renovated. The area surrounding the hotel come alive at night. Don't forget to try the churros and marquesitas from local street vendors. We really enjoyed our time in Isla Mujeres.

Must knows: At the airport… just keep walking and find your transport outside. Do not stop to speak to the people at the counters. They are selling you tickets to timeshare presentations. At the hotel… Skip the ‘vacation club’ presentation if you don’t want to lose 6-8 hours and spend $50k. It is not 90 minutes and it’s not cheap. The property was amazing. The food was great. I went to Planet Hollywood Hotel for my 33rd wedding anniversary. Everything about my stay there was wonderful! The front desk staff was very welcoming, the rooms were beautifully designed and extremely clean. I plan to return there again, hopefully very soon. I definitely recommend this hotel.

I like that they have club member adult site and family site separately so i was able to have quite time. The room was spacious, clean and had a beautiful ocean view. The beach was goergease and there were much fewer seaweed than I expected so i enjoyed staying at beach most of time. There are many restaurant choices. Just returned from a week at Dreams Playa Mujeres. We booked this property because it shares privileges with Secrets, which is connected via 5 minute walk on a pathway or a quick golf cart ride. This made our stay better because we could jump between properties. The property is beautiful! Located on the beach of the iconic Playa Norte. I was more than ok not having beach views because the garden is so gorgeous and the walk to the sand was probably 20 seconds from my room. Service was very accommodating and the beach club was everything you needed to lay out for an entire day! Highly recommended.
