"It’s nothing like walking in a hotel and your room and it smells so darn good. Everyone spoke to us, very polite and helpful. Squeeky clean great location to everything. Uber rides were easily accessible. The location we were able to walk everywhere mostly for food, drinks, beach, grocery store. And it was safe to do so for my wife and I. Only thing that may be an issue for some is the constant soliciting right in front and the corners of the hotel, we had to say no thank you 1000 times."

"At Sofitel they go more than above and beyond. The service is incredible and they treat you like absolute royalty. The hotel is breathtaking from the moment you walk into the lobby. Everywhere you look is beautiful artwork. The scenery and environment are to die for. This place will forever stay in our hearts and memories. What an unforgettable experience. We will most definitely be coming back to Sofitel."

"Lovely stay at the hotel, the staff were very helpful and attentive. Rooms were a good size and had been fitted with AC which was very necessary. You could book out the paddle boards, kayaks and bikes for an hour for free. The hotel does get a bit busy during the day as people come for day trips but they leave at 2:30 and then it gets pretty quiet again. I think the pool and beach area could be a little better taken care of but overall it was a great stay."

"No hay palabras para describir la experiencia vivida. Empezando por el personal y atención VIP, realmente VIP. José, Damián, no los mencionó a todos porque no recuerdo sus nombres, pero todos fueron fantásticos, nos hicieron sentir como en casa. El lugar, la habitación, el servicio, hospitalidad, en general todo. Mis palabras no le hacen justicia al lugar. Solo puedo decir que es un 100% recomendado.
