"The beach and views were 10/10. The hotel, villas, service and food were below par. I wouldn't go back. Moldy curtains, broken locks, shabby room conditions and unless you're a member the beach service is practically non existant. Front desk staff were not helpful. No running water or ability to flush toilet between 12am and 6am for our entire 2 week stay, and staff never answered us or got back to us even though we inquired about it 3 times. The buffet staff were great, food not so much. Just a complete letdown for the amount of money spent. "

"Pros: The staff were very friendly. The rooms and grounds were clean. Cons: Food was average at best, but not much of a variety. We did not have reservations one night, so we decided to try to walk in one of the restaurants. We were told we would have an hour and half wait, but there was only 8 people in the restaurant. The pool bar closes at 5;30, and the pool closes at 8. I saw no activities the 5 days we were there. Overall the experience was decent, but not great. I definitely don’t feel it was worth the money we spent. "
