Welcome to Casa Rosa, a beautiful oceanfront home with spectacular views of the Caribbean. Casa Rosa has all the comfort and amenities you are looking for yet is very affordable. Located close enough to town for convenience and far enough away to escape the tourists. Perfect for a large group or family, sleeps 8-10 people.
Casa Rosa consists of three apartments each with a separate entrance. The main house downstairs has two bedrooms, both with queen size beds. There is also a queen size self-inflatable mattress for additional quests. The full kitchen is complete with cookware, and appliances. The bathroom has a separate sink and dressing area for your added convenience. The open dining and living area allows plenty of space for friends and family.
Step out the sliding doors from the living room or the master bedroom and enjoy a refreshing dip in the salt water pool or ocean, (the beach is rocky, so swimming is only recommended for experienced swimmers and snorkelers), or relax in the beach chairs with a cool drink.
Upstairs there is a spacious studio. This huge room has a queen bed, kitchenette with table and chairs, large bathroom, and a sitting area with a small couch. There is a large wrap around deck facing the ocean for sunning and spectacular ocean views. Here you can relax with a cool drink looking at the sights, or take an afternoon siesta. Walk down the staircase to enjoy the pool area.
On the second and third floor there is the Penthouse. This apartment offers a large open floor plan on the second level, which includes a living, dining and kitchen area. It also has a covered balcony overlooking the front of the house. There is a full bath located on this level. There is a queen size blow-up matress to accommodate additional guests. The bedroom is located on the third level, along with a 1/2 bath . Step out the sliding doors to your private sun deck and a 7' X 11" plunge pool. Enjoy spectacular views of the ocean, sunrise and sunsets from the third level deck.
Casa Rosa is located at the end of airport road, a 20 minute walk or a short taxi ride to town and Playa Norte (the islands most beautiful beach). There is plenty of parking in front of the house for a car or golf cart.
