We had an incredible time at the Ixchel Beach house. Emilio and the rest of the team at the restaurant and beach were excellent. We were in room 409 in building two and it was fantastic. Each room is different, so make sure you request a room that has been recently renovated. The area surrounding the hotel come alive at night. Don't forget to try the churros and marquesitas from local street vendors. We really enjoyed our time in Isla Mujeres.

Casa Coco gave us a quiet refuge right by the ocean. The hotel is beautifully kept with comfortable furniture and the staff was very friendly and helpful! They were able to address all the questions we had while we were there. We particularly loved the outdoor space and they had seats in many different places in their garden to choose from. We were also lucky to have arrived when there were not too many other guests, so we were able to enjoy the seaside lounging area and the pool all by...

Its as pretty as it looks! We enjoyed our family vacation with older boys- ages 12 & 16. The staff is so helpful- Roger, Carlos, and Chris went out of their way to help book excursions or help with any need we had. Book a room with a view! The breakfast included is on the water and is order from a menu and not something small. The orange juice was freshly squeezed and tasted amazing each day. Find the adorable coffee spot walking distance from this hotel and walk to the beach on the other...

This place is amazing if your looking for a quiet romantic spot away from Cancun. The staff is incredibly nice, always available through WhatsApp. Quick and friendly service. The ocean views are beautiful and the sunset is a bonus. The roof top pool is also a great amenity. The fresh squeezed juice and fruit for breakfast gives a refreshing start to the day. The only improvement could be the shower head which is a conch shell which has low pressure but other than that I would definitely come...

It was a bit tricky getting into the area. So from the cancun airport you will need to take a taxi or bus to the Puerto Juarez. Then u will need to get a ferry to get to the island with is where the resort is at. But other then that everything else was great.

Beautiful and elegant. The staff were amazing, food and beverages were a delight. The room was gorgeous, bed and linens so comfy. Quiet and relaxing. The spa was wonderful, massage was just perfect.

We enjoyed our stay at Bella Mar! We stayed in room #1 by the pool. The AC was cold and the room was clean. The views are beautiful. You have full use of the outdoor kitchen and the full size refrigerator is shared by all 6 rooms. Plenty of space for drinks etc. Caribbean Garden next door was excellent for breakfast and dinner. Another coffee shop is in the same area that looked good, but we didn't get anything there. Mango Cafe and Rosa Serenas are both within walking distance. Would...

Recently stayed at this hotel and would definitely stay again. It was close to the ferry( walking distance) close to shopping, there was grocery stores/shopping near. north beach ( voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the world) is walking distance. They have a continental breakfast included which is pretty basic but does the trick. The pool is nice. My room was a bay view and the view was breathtaking. I also had a refrigerator in the room, which was nice. The only negative I would say...

We had a fabulous stay. It is within minutes of walking to restaurants, the beach and shopping. It is a little piece of paradise amongst the hustle and bustle of Playa Norte. Very quaint and quiet hotel on the north side. Alex the manager was extremely hospitable and friendly. Thank you and we will be back again.

We stayed at Na Balam in 2013 and loved it. We went for a music festival--Island Fest. When it was decided to hold the Island Fest on Isla Mujeres again this year we of course decided to stay at Na Balam again. We highly recommend the suite with the plunge pool. Having your own little pool to cool off and overlooking the beach is heaven.
Some reviewers complained about the noise from Fenix bar next door but we found that the loud music was more in the weekend afternoons.

I have been visiting Isla for 11 years and decided on a whim to go see the whale sharks last minute. I usually stay in a condo on the south side of the island. This was a pleasant surprise. I brought ear plugs so the noise... never needed them. The room '75' we stayed in was brand new and Very clean. I am glad that this was such an easy place to stay. The WiFi was good in the room.

Villa Kiin is not a resort. It doesn't have a ton of amenities -- but that's not what we were looking for. We were looking for a comfortable bed, AC, and beach access.
To our pleasant surprise, it was so much more than that. The quiet east end of Playa Norte was right outside the back door -- you can wade out hundreds of feet and see tropical fish swimming around your feet. We fed them tortillas, and were absolutely SWARMED with colorful fish. We had a hammock on our balcony that overlooked...

Just came back from a 10 day trip to Isla. Been to the island several times, 1st time staying here. I will definitely return to this hotel. Stayed in a castle room across the street, ground floor, room #16. It was just me and my husband. We like to stay out late and sleep in while on vacation. We were able to do that here. Everyone was very nice. Our room was perfect! Spacious, and clean. We sat on our balcony every day and just relaxed and enjoyed the beautiful view of the ocean. We rented a...

My wife and I recently stayed in Hotel Marcianito (standard room with AC) for 3 nights. First of all you can't beat the price with this place at $30 USD a night. The room was clean, the water pressure/drains/hot water worked well, and the safe was large. The location was great- a short walk from puerto Juarez and the beaches (central and north beach). I would recommend this place to anyone looking to save money yet be in a great location. Since we were gone everyday out to the beach/excursions...

My boyfriend and I could not recommend this resort enough. We were greeted by Christian at the door with a glass of champagne and cool towel. Then his fellow bellman Mex showed us to our room with our bags. Where he explained every detail of the resort and where everything was located in the resort. Truly made us feel welcome and excited to start our vacation. Our room was the swim up suite, it was perfect the pool was the perfect place to cool off from the heat and eating breakfast by it was a...

Beautiful property, quiet, good service, decent food, well made drinks unlike many other resorts that use nasty tasting ingredients.
Also not the place for the college crowd, thankfully.

Everything an all-inclusive, adults only resort should be. Very attractive modern facility. Nice elegant restaurant choices. Very friendly and attentive staff. All the food and drink you could want at all times of the day. No worries about tipping (we did some anyway).
The only negative is the hard sell to buy more vacations through their chain of facilities. They accost you on check in and check out and you have to say “No” to the point of rudeness to get them to leave you...
