Very professional staff , I will definitely come back . Everyone welcomes you with smile . If u looking for all inclusive , you won’t be satisfied no all inclusive options . You have to pay for everything u do there my room had breakfast included . Jet ski was avg 67usd for 30 mins I had to pay 22 usd daily service charges . They have four resturant food quality is 5 to 7 stars . Avg launch or dinner per two adults and kid like 150 usd to 250 usd . Over all I am happy with my visit .

My boyfriend and I could not recommend this resort enough. We were greeted by Christian at the door with a glass of champagne and cool towel. Then his fellow bellman Mex showed us to our room with our bags. Where he explained every detail of the resort and where everything was located in the resort. Great place, nice staff, good rates.

We had an incredible time at the Ixchel Beach house. Emilio and the rest of the team at the restaurant and beach were excellent. We were in room 409 in building two and it was fantastic. Each room is different, so make sure you request a room that has been recently renovated. The area surrounding the hotel come alive at night. Don't forget to try the churros and marquesitas from local street vendors. We really enjoyed our time in Isla Mujeres.

Very friendly staff, great location, clean property

I've stayed here twice now, and will definitely be staying here again. It is the closest *nice* hotel to the downtown area and the price is reasonable for how clean and stylish the property is. Front desk is always staffed and ready to help. They have a laundry service with a quick turn around. The on-site restaurant has incredible breakfast. I've stayed at other resorts and hotels in Cozumel and I keep coming back to Hotel Puerto Libre.

Beautiful property, quiet, good service, decent food, well made drinks unlike many other resorts that use nasty tasting ingredients. Also not the place for the college crowd, thankfully.

This property is fantastic if your desire is to go to a laid back property and have a relaxing but fun time. It is not packed with party hungry 18 year olds. We noticed the guests were mostly couples and friend trips made up of ladies or couples. While they say tips are not expected, they really are. Its as pretty as it looks! We enjoyed our family vacation with older boys- ages 12 & 16. The staff is so helpful- Roger, Carlos, and Chris went out of their way to help book excursions or help with any need we had. Book a room with a view! Hotel Lunata is a gem situated on Playa del Carmen's charming 5th Avenue, and one block from Playa's main beach. This is one of the most relaxing, beautiful, peaceful trips I’ve ever been on. This property is so gorgeous - the smells, the sounds, the food - everything was so amazing. I cannot wait to come back!! Everyone there was so helpful and kind, they are able to get a taxi quickly for you and more. Tulum changed me, and I have Una Vida to thank for that. Always A beautiful convenient place to stay and Playa del Carmen

Everything an all-inclusive, adults only resort should be. Very attractive modern facility. Nice elegant restaurant choices. Very friendly and attentive staff. All the food and drink you could want at all times of the day. No worries about tipping (we did some anyway). Absolutely amazing! It’s an expensive resort but you honestly get what you pay for! Jonathan was our butler and he moved mountains to accommodate us.
