Find Scuba Diving in Punta Sam

My boyfriend and I could not recommend this resort enough. We were greeted by Christian at the door with a glass of champagne and cool towel. Then his fellow bellman Mex showed us to our room with our bags. Where he explained every detail of the resort and where everything was located in the resort. Truly made us feel welcome and excited to start our vacation. Our room was the swim up suite, it was perfect the pool was the perfect place to cool off from the heat and eating breakfast by it was a...

Beautiful property, quiet, good service, decent food, well made drinks unlike many other resorts that use nasty tasting ingredients. Also not the place for the college crowd, thankfully.

Definitely the best resort I have ever stayed at, food so good, very clean, staff so nice.

I like that they have club member adult site and family site separately so i was able to have quite time. The room was spacious, clean and had a beautiful ocean view. The beach was goergease and there were much fewer seaweed than I expected so i enjoyed staying at beach most of time. There are many restaurant choices. I couldn't go to all the restaurants during my 5 night 6 days stay, but my favorite was DOMO. Domo is a must go restaurant. Over all staffs are well trained and have professional...

This was my second time around and as always, the resort is so beautiful & very modern. I enjoyed the one bedroom suite beds are very comfortable. My son stayed on the sofa bed and said it was very comfortable as well. The staff is very friendly and goes over and beyond your entire stay. The food is phenomenal especially the Italian restaurant. All five restaurants are amazing. However, the Italian one was my favorite, very elegant upscale and I want to let all of you know is that you’re getting...

Amazing hotel!!!! Stayed for 4 nights as an adult vacation. Everything was excellent from food, drinks, hospitality and cleanliness. Definitely booking again very soon.

Must knows: At the airport… just keep walking and find your transport outside. Do not stop to speak to the people at the counters. They are selling you tickets to timeshare presentations. At the hotel… Skip the ‘vacation club’ presentation if you don’t want to lose 6-8 hours and spend $50k. It is not 90 minutes and it’s not cheap. The property was amazing. The food was great. Service was impeccable. The only ‘downfall’ was the presentation. Apparently, these are common at these places. It is...

We had an incredible time at the Ixchel Beach house. Emilio and the rest of the team at the restaurant and beach were excellent. We were in room 409 in building two and it was fantastic. Each room is different, so make sure you request a room that has been recently renovated. The area surrounding the hotel come alive at night. Don't forget to try the churros and marquesitas from local street vendors. We really enjoyed our time in Isla Mujeres.

Casa Coco gave us a quiet refuge right by the ocean. The hotel is beautifully kept with comfortable furniture and the staff was very friendly and helpful! They were able to address all the questions we had while we were there. We particularly loved the outdoor space and they had seats in many different places in their garden to choose from. We were also lucky to have arrived when there were not too many other guests, so we were able to enjoy the seaside lounging area and the pool all by...

This place is amazing if your looking for a quiet romantic spot away from Cancun. The staff is incredibly nice, always available through WhatsApp. Quick and friendly service. The ocean views are beautiful and the sunset is a bonus. The roof top pool is also a great amenity. The fresh squeezed juice and fruit for breakfast gives a refreshing start to the day. The only improvement could be the shower head which is a conch shell which has low pressure but other than that I would definitely come...

Its as pretty as it looks! We enjoyed our family vacation with older boys- ages 12 & 16. The staff is so helpful- Roger, Carlos, and Chris went out of their way to help book excursions or help with any need we had. Book a room with a view! The breakfast included is on the water and is order from a menu and not something small. The orange juice was freshly squeezed and tasted amazing each day. Find the adorable coffee spot walking distance from this hotel and walk to the beach on the other...

Everything an all-inclusive, adults only resort should be. Very attractive modern facility. Nice elegant restaurant choices. Very friendly and attentive staff. All the food and drink you could want at all times of the day. No worries about tipping (we did some anyway). The only negative is the hard sell to buy more vacations through their chain of facilities. They accost you on check in and check out and you have to say “No” to the point of rudeness to get them to leave you...

It was a bit tricky getting into the area. So from the cancun airport you will need to take a taxi or bus to the Puerto Juarez. Then u will need to get a ferry to get to the island with is where the resort is at. But other then that everything else was great.

Amazing experience for me and my two kids we loved the whole experience from walking inn to leaving every one was helpful outstanding decoration food treatment the location of the hotel and comparing to others that I visited previously this is the best

My recent stay at this hotel in Cancun was an absolute delight. It’s the epitome of luxury, and the location is ideal. What truly stood out, though, was the incredible food. The dining experience was nothing short of amazing. A big plus is that in Cancún, where all-inclusive is common, this hotel offers a great option for those who want the flexibility to explore the area and not be tied to an all-inclusive plan. I highly recommend this hotel for a five-star getaway

Absolutely amazing! It’s an expensive resort but you honestly get what you pay for! Jonathan was our butler and he moved mountains to accommodate us. Even after we moved to another room, we could still count on him answering our questions, reserving activities, making reservations, but most importantly giving what I believed to be honest feedback. We stayed in the villa, penthouse suite, and master suite. The upgrade to the rooms were complementary since we had the vip experience. Each room gave...

Beautiful

Enjoyed my stay immensely. The bed was the most comfortable in my two months of travel throughout Central America. Shower and bathroom was very clean and the room was spacious and also spotless.

I really enjoyed my stay here, I was on a solo trip for my birthday and everything was great, service , butler, house keeping, everything was a 10/10 will recommend!

As opposed to one of the larger resort’s maze of paths and pools and restaurants (and people,) the Sun Palace has a more intimate boutique hotel feel. It’s been recently renovated, and it shows. We upgraded to a honeymoon suite (room 530) at check in (tip: wait until check in to upgrade for an opportunity to negotiate the price. Be prepared to say no to their offer to exchange the cost of the upgrade for a “promotional presentation breakfast” unless that’s your jam… we preferred to pay a...
