The place is pretty. Great swimming pool and rooms. All very clean, good customer service and amazing food.
Parking is narrow, it is difficult to use. They really need to get more parking space.
Had trouble with the shower in the morning: water flow went from zero to enough and then zero, prolly lots of people taking a shower at the same time, was afraid of ending up with soap all over.

The staff is very helpful, and the hotel in front of the beach. The service and food were good, and room very clean. The only thing was the ping pong table was damage.
I highly recommedn this hotel.

A nice location by the beach. The rooms are behind a restaurant, keeping it quieter. The accommodations are older with rooms that show some wear, but that’s a minor cosmetic concern. it’s a fine place to stay!

Puterenas is a busy port and not really a center for tourism. I reserved here as a halfway point from Tamarindo to Quepos. What a wonderful surprise. Beautiful large condo unit with fabulous views of the water and boats on both sides of the property. 2 great pools, full professional gym with all the machines and free weights, and a great little restaurant.

My partner and I recently had the most incredible experience at Rancho de Lelo , nestled in the heart of the Costa Rican rainforest. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in the serene beauty of the lush surroundings and the warm hospitality of the staff.
The lodge itself is a true gem, seamlessly blending with its natural environment. Our secluded cabin was beautifully appointed, offering breathtaking views of the mountain range and the soothing sounds of wildlife all around us. We...

No words I can write could ever do this place justice. The views are unbelievable and the amenities in the room go above and beyond expectations! There were umbrellas, card games, a telescope for looking at the stars, an outside lounge net, a hot tub on the balcony, and even the shower had a window with an amazing view! Alex was so welcoming and friendly! He recommended the best dining spots and brought us on a night-walking tour and a guided tour of the Monteverde Hanging Bridges!

Room was nicely decorated. Staff was friendly. Nice view out back of room into the woods.
We had a 7:00 am tour so we couldn’t utilize regular breakfast. They made us a sandwich, fruit, and juice which was appreciated, but if all that was done, they could have just as easily fed us normal breakfast a little early. Also, a little difficult to check out and still be able to access your car when you return.
Overall, enjoyed it!
