"Where can I start? The room was clean and nice. But that’s as far as it goes. The food was terrible. The breakfast buffet was cold and they ran out of food and dishes. The more crowded it got, the more dirty it was. The television in my room didn’t work as well. I wanted to watch the basketball game and the channel wouldn’t come on. Parking is a nightmare and the traffic to get to Ana Marie Island or Sarasota is brutal. I should have stayed in Sarasota. "

"Rooms are clean and updated. They are not dark at night though if you like a dark room. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything. Overall the stay was just fine. "

"Girls vacation - all vrbo virgins, what an awesome first experience! Property was exactly as pictured and described. Owner responded quick to questions before and during stay, and from the start made you feel that you weren’t a bother - contacted him to report we couldn’t find a brush to clean the grill and Amazon delivered a brush and cleaner the next day. This place is in the center of the island and convenient to all locations, but the warm pool tempts you not to leave for long - perfect private yard. Book it, you won’t be sorry! "

"Location is key and fantastic. View of the gulf is beautiful. A few things could have been better. Pool had green mold like spots most probably from a lack of long-term daylight sun. It's shaded longer than not. Grill would not get hot. Padlock did not work upon leaving and the main shower floor was like a skating rink. Very dangerous. "

"Our family had a great stay at this property. The location was extremely convenient—just one block from Holmes Beach—which made it easy to walk back and forth throughout the day.The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. We especially loved the pool area; the aesthetics were beautiful and it created a really relaxing atmosphere. The outdoor grill area was another highlight and was a popular hangout at night for our family.Overall, it was a wonderful place for a family getaway, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable spot close to the beach."

"We had the best trip at the beach house! Anna Maria Island is stunning and the pool and backyard felt like our own little oasis! The house was clean and the location was perfect. Close to plenty of restaurants and most importantly the beach! The only thing I would advise future travelers about… if you plan to do your meals in, just be aware there are no key essentials in the kitchen. Plenty of cookware, but no spices or oils, or tinfoil, or anything of that nature, etc. Publix is nice and close though! Overall great stay! The pool and beach sunsets were the highlight! Thank you!"
