"Parking was very crowded and close. The room had a window in the entry door that wasn’t covered properly for privacy and let in light all night. The couch was dirty and the large rug was filthy. The bathroom was nice. The bed was good, and the refrigerator worked well. However, you had to go to another location for check in. If they cleaned properly and covered the window in the door it would be fine."

"We enjoyed our stay here for spring break. Everything was very clean and it was in a great location, easy to get to everything and a nice short walk to the beach. I thought the pictures of the outdoor area was a bit deceiving, looked larger than what it was but my kids enjoyed playing in the pool each day. My only real complaint was the limited amount of essentials such as toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher detergent, etc. overall we enjoyed our time there "

"Location is key and fantastic. View of the gulf is beautiful. A few things could have been better. Pool had green mold like spots most probably from a lack of long-term daylight sun. It's shaded longer than not. Grill would not get hot. Padlock did not work upon leaving and the main shower floor was like a skating rink. Very dangerous. "

The location was extremely convenient—just one block from Holmes Beach—which made it easy to walk back and forth throughout the day.The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. We especially loved the pool area; the aesthetics were beautiful and it created a really relaxing atmosphere. The outdoor grill area was another highlight and was a popular hangout at night for our family.Overall, it was a wonderful place for a family getaway, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable spot close to the beach."
