"Lovely hotel with traditional styling in a beautiful building with lovely gardens and views. We stayed here for one night following a celebratory meal for our daughter’s wedding. Staff were friendly and attentive and the food excellent. Our room was in the garden cottage with view out to the gardens. Really enjoyed the experience, thank you"

"Beautiful property overlooking North Berwick golf links and the sea. If you are looking for a small quaint European hotel this isn’t the place. This is a large property with spacious rooms. Very nice spa. Great access to the golf links or a walk to the beach. Relatively short walk to downtown. "

"We stopped at the Pine Marten for 2 nights. The hotel is in a very convenient spot and was well located for us. Our room was fine - clean and comfortable with all the basic facilities necessary. Check in and check out was easy. We had a ground floor room with level access. The staff at the hotel and associated pub were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. The food was great and they were very keen to make sure that my food allergies were catered for. A good hotel 👍"

"Very nice resort-style hotel away from St. Andrews a bit. Easy access by taxi (not an Uber town). We had a car, but taxi made town and restaurant access easier. Hotel has lovely bar and dining facilities, but St. Andrews is easy to get to as well. We had a woodland suite, which are modern/new rooms a short walk from the main inn. "
