This attractive 2 bedroom 1 bath condo is located on the first floor at The Ocean Inn, with parking close to your door and a small patio area for storing beach chairs or enjoying a quiet moment to yourself. Easy in and out, and easy access to paraking, pool and grill areas makes life "Easy Breezy". Laundry is onsite, just steps away. It's a quaint, quiet, well-loved spot that many have enjoyed over the years. Please note - there is one step inside the condo that goes from the living space to the rest of the condo. In addition, this is a downstairs unit and it is possible you will hear floor noise from above or from next door.

Best of all: The furriest member of the family doesn't have to miss out on all the fun! Dogs only -PLEASE INQUIRE FIRST TO PREAPPROVE PETS - SOME LARGER DOG BREEDS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Reservation will be cancelled if not able to host your pet. Pet fees are according to weight and are required for your pooch to stay. Fee is added on as an extra guest fee. There is a vet clinic right down the street plus an emergency clinic and pet stores in Mt Pleasant for all your pup's needs.

A block from the beach, shops, and restaurants. Conveniently located close to the Isle of Palms Connector, it's a short drive to Mt Pleasant and the Towne Center shopping center and a 25 minute drive to downtown Charleston. There are many wonderful restaurants on the island, several which are within a very short walking distance. If you prefer to cook, this condo has a full kitchen with stove/oven, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and a full compliment of small appliances, dishes and kitchenware. This home is well appointed for all your family and friends might need for a great stay at the beach. A great beach vacation doesn't get much easier or convenient than this. It's called Easy Breezy for good reason! ***THERE IS NO VIEW from this condo. However, the back door is just steps away into the neighboring coffee shop. There is a wood partition surrounding the trash receptacle 40' away. There is a great parking spot right at your front door if you're quick enough to grab it each day! ***

*** CANCELLATION POLICY - One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $50.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.. WE ABIDE BY ALL CANCELLATION POLICIES. Trip insurance is available and strongly encouraged.
**MINIMUM BOOKING AGE is 25 at all of our properties. The person holding the reservation must be staying at the property. No 3rd party booking is allowed.
**MINIMUM NIGHTS Some of our properties have "minimum nights required" to make a reservation on weekends, holidays, and during the summer season. To check availability for a shorter stay, please send a message / inquiry. If it's possible, we'd be happy to accommodate you.
**PRE-APPROVAL OF PETS REQUIRED We are not able to accommodate pets at all of our properties, and some of our properties do have restrictions. Please seek pre-approval for pets if your booking is dependent on including one.
** PET FEES are based on weight and breed. If the pet fees are not included in your reservation at the time of booking, they will be charged separately through our internal system. DISCOUNT ON PET FEES AVAILABLE FOR SEASONAL RENTALS.
** PET POLICY Guests are responsible for adhering to pet policies provided in the contract as well as all Isle of Palms pet ordinances
** CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT: Your reservation is confirmed when the initial payment is paid. Payment options are dependent on the cancellation policy and how far away you are booking your stay. For reservations made in advance of 30 days, the remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. Balances are deducted automatically from the card on file. In the event of payment failure, a grace period of 24 hours is given to remedy the payment.
** ITEMS PROVIDED: Soaps, linens, towels and starter paper products will be in your condo upon arrival. Routine linen and towel exchanges are not provided during your stay. Guests are responsible for replacing their own paper and soap products if starter amounts are used during their stay. It is not necessary to replace these for future guests.
**SMOKING All of our properties are NO SMOKING properties. Smoking is allowed outdoors only. Please discard appropriately. Deposit will be forfeited and additional cleaning charges incurred if evidence of smoking indoors is found upon departure. THIS INCLUDES smoking by an open door or window so that smoke enters the condo. Please smoke away from these areas.

First of all, the condo was immaculately clean, no dust bunnies or musty smell to the place. The owner, Beth, came and checked up on us the first day and made sure we had everything we needed and the place was very pet friendly for our dog, Trixie. Also, the other tenants that stayed there were friendly, respectful of our privacy, and were understanding we were there on vacation. This condo was decorated in the beach theme, but with the neutral tones and conservative colors, it was very much a home away from home and we are planning to return next spring.

My husband and I are visiting from Fl and found this little place to be spacious, very clean, and it has everything we need for a relaxing stay for a week. We come to Charleston often and this is our first stay on Isle of Palms. We haven't needed to get in the car for much. Everything is within walking distance. Great food nearby, about a 5 minute walk to the beach, nice pool and management is very accommodating. Thank you Beth for the extra towels and making sure our stay is perfect. We would definitely recommend this for a couple, a family with children or two couples. We've had plenty of room for our visiting adult children and our two grandchildren who live nearby.

We all enjoyed our stay at this rental and would consider doing so again. It had great access to the beach, just a block away and easy walk. The parking was plentiful and driving into Charleston was nice. The unit was clean and the kitchen was fairly well stocked with cooking tools, though I'm glad that I brought our familiar knife and cutting board, along with a preferred pots and skillets. The coffee machine that was there can brew or use k-cups; I used it once, but mostly used my cold-brew kit from home. There were lots of ice trays in the freezer, and the fridge worked well. There's a nice hose and sprayer by the pool to wash off sand. The pool is small, but looked nice; I don't think any of us used it. Check-in and communication with the property manager was nice and easy. The morning after we arrived, a kitchen bulb had blown, so I texted the manager. She got back with me soon after and had it fixed while we were away, providing plenty of updates. We also loved the electronic locks, so we didn't have to worry about a key at the beach. There's only one bathroom, which worked fine for our family of five. However, people have to walk through the galley-style kitchen in order to reach the bathroom and master bedroom. It gets a little hectic when meals are being prepared and kids are walking to and from the bathroom. There's a tv in living room, as well as the back bedroom, though they only have basic cable and no streaming. I wish that I had brought my Shield w/ Google TV, as we could have utilized our streaming subscriptions. I highly recommend bringing a streaming stick, such as chromecast or Roku. Not only did we get our fill of commercials while watching tv, but I wish that I could have shown my family YouTube videos orienting us to historical parts of Charleston. We saw some nice sunrises. At this time sunrise was around 7:20am and leaving the condo at 7am provided plenty of time to see it peak over the horizon; just be sure to walk to the left of the pier for a clear view. Also, boogie boards don't seem to work well on this stretch of beach that we were on; perhaps it was due to lower tide, but there was a sand dune that interupted the flow. It was still fun in the water.

We loved our stay here in the Isle of Palms. The condo was very updated & clean, plus in such a great location!! Walking distance to the beach (& ice cream!) plus very close to downtown and all that Charleston has to offer. Beth was very friendly & made herself reachable to us if we needed anything.
