Really enjoyed the little cabins, everything we needed for a nice night was in the little cabin. The host offered anything we needed from nice conversation at the on site bar, to recommendations for local sites and food. This hotel is about 7 miles onto the Isle after crossing the bridge so after a long day of driving, arriving quickly at the hotel was very pleasant.

Great food and service. The concierge was so helpful and welcoming; all staff were wonderful. The room was big and spacious, with a hot shower. Thank you!

Great property. It is a remote location that is a bit of a drive to get to. It would be great (imho) for stays consisting of at least several days or longer. One suggestion for the property is to add a mirror over the bathroom sink. The mirror on the opposite wall isn’t as practical. Beautiful views and we enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

This is a VIP cabin in the middle of heaven. The surrounding looks like it's out of a nature postcard. Location is very convinient to explore Skye, assuming you have a car. You do need one to stay at this cabin.

This was the sweetest little inn! We stayed three nights and had a great stay. Very clean and well stocked. The dinners were the best! Loved the food and the beers and bar. The staff were very kind, accommodating our change in arrival time and letting us get in for dinner just before the kitchen closed after a long day at Skye. Definitely recommend staying.

During our 2-week visit to Scotland, I managed to catch RSV. I was miserable. And by the time we reached Portree, I was struggling to breathe. My husband spoke to the Cuillin Hills hotel staff about how to go about seeing a doctor and they immediately got to helping us out. The desk staff spent over an hour on hold with the NHS to help establish my "temporary resident" status so that we could even get in to see a doctor. They printed out a map with all of the addresses of the nearby...

This little cottage was so cute. It was well equipped with everything we needed for a few days. It was within walking distance to a convenient store that had plenty of food options. Close enough to isle of Skye for some day trips!

Room was amazing And spacious. Breakfast was placed outside your door. Diana and steam room available at no extra cost. Would highly recommend.

We only spent one night here but it was one of our favorite places of the two week trip. The house is very nice, well kept, and comfortable. We stayed in the Rum room, which is spacious and luxurious. Easily one of the nicest rooms we’ve ever stayed in. The breakfast was great, and the dining room is open and pleasant, and the food was delicious. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful too. Also, the garden and the view are hard to beat. Would highly recommend!

This was the best place to stay on Skye. Nick was an excellent manager always available and fantastic. Amy our server was wonderful. The staff the property and the views we couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. I highly recommend this property food was fantastic and the staff was excellent.

Loch Eyre House is a charming and private bed & breakfast. The fact that it's 7 miles from the traffic of Portree is a big plus-- at Loch Eyre House you have quiet and a beautiful view of Loch Eyre. The guest lounge is a comfortable place to read or play cards if the weather isn't great. Our room had everything we needed, plus a balcony porch with table and chairs. Beautiful rooms (we stayed in two). Comfortable beds. Desk service was amazing! We received a reservation for a Michelin rated restaurant because of the employee who called for us. Magnificent!!!

Loved everything about Shieldaig. Managers, bar tenders, David at the Falconry. Top notch individuals who truly made our stay special. They were Sincere, dedicated and knowledgeable from falconry to fine whiskeys!!!! Cant say enough. Hope to return!!!!
