I have stayed at 116 Residence a few times now and every time the stay has been excellent in terms of 1 cleanliness of the apartment 2 the service provided by the staff 3 politeness of the staff 4 help in organising visits to tourist places 5 assist providing metro card (returnable on check out) Overall it was a very good stay and would recommend it highly

This was second time I stayed in 116, I highly recommend this for anyone who likes excellent Location with very good public transportation, staff are friendly, very helpful and professional. I definitely will stay 116 when I return to Istanbul.

zuerst bekam ich ein schlechtes Zimmer mildem Bett am Lift und der Lift bei jeder Bewegung gab es laute ungewohnte Geräusche. Die anderen Zimmer hatten keine Privatsphäre. Schlechtes Personal unfreundlich.

Sehr zu empfehlen / Klein aber ohoo!

Sehr schöne, grosse, saubere, komfortable und preisgünstige Apartments in der Nähe von Cevahir (grösstes Einkaufszentrum v. Istanbul / zu Fuss 5-10min) Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Man fühlt sich wie zu Hause! Eigene Küche mit modernen Geräte (Microwelle, Backofen, Kochherd, grosse Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühler, Geschirrspüler usw.) Badzimmer mit Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen usw.) Die Zimmer wurden täglich gereinigt und die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Einziges Problem ist Parkplatz, wenn man Glück hat findet man in der Nähe ein Parkplatz, ansonsten muss man bei Parking für eine Nacht 20 TRLira bezahlen. (ca.6-7€)

מלון דירות סוויטה שכל דבר שצריך יש לכם בדירה כמו מיקרו,מקרר גדול,תנור אפיה ומכונת בכיסה.אפילו במגירות של המטבח יש כלים סכו"ם וטלוויזיה גם בסלון וגם בחדר שיינה.יש שירות למכולת כמו לחם,חלב,ביצים אפשר להזמין.כל החנויות מסביב אפשר למצוא כל משצריך כמו מאפייה,ירקן,מסעדה,טלפונים....צוות מלון כל הזמן עזרו לנו כמו שצריך.חופש מושלם היה לנו

Отличный отель-аппартаменты, очень похож на The Classic 500 Pentaz Executive Residence в Сеуле,по стилю и духу,но версия лайт.Большое помещение оборудованное всем необходимым оборудованием для самостоятельной жизни, что бы вы чувствовали себя как дома. Великолепный многоязычный персонал, который поможет решить ваши вопросы и проблемы. В отеле нет кафе и ресторанов, но это решается: звонком администратору и вам доставят в номер, выходом из номера и преодолением 200м до ближайших, либо готовкой самостоятельно.Вся кухонная техника и инструменты в наличие. Огромное количество магазинов рядом. При наличии карты "Стамбул" перемещение по городу труда не вызывает,кстати, можно этой же картой рассчитываться во множестве магазинов,кафе, ресторанах,туалетах и даже музеях.Если не знаете как её приобрести, попросите администраторов и вам всё сделают.Очень рекомендую этот замечательный отель.

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit im 116 Residence Hotel. Es liegt sehr zentral in Sissli. Supermärkte, Bäckereien und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Die Metrostation erreicht man in 10 Minuten. Von dort aus sind es 2 Stationen zum Taksimplatz. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Aber das beste an dem Hotel ist das tolle Team. Ich habe selten so liebe Menschen getroffen. Egal was man braucht, es wird einem geholfen. Sei es ein Ladekabel, eine Metrokarte oder eine Metrokarte. Vielen Dank für alles!

Great Place for Great Price

116 Residence is a great hotel for a great price. Got the price comparable with a hotel room (or slightly cheaper) one can get a one bedroom apartment with spacious living room and with a kitchenette just two streets down from big hotels. 24 hour assistance in the lobby carried out by nice and helpful yet not intrusive staff; welcome snack; but only do-it-yourself breakfast; coffee shops and small grocery stores nearby; all of that for great price. I came here on a business trip and appreciated quiet environment with free WiFi.
