Just location and nothing more then that :(

Location good just few minutes form Istikal street Staff unprofessional Thanks to the guy at reception he was usufull Room dirty ac no work normaly so much hot impossible to open window cause of smells You need to ask for all paper towels water no cleaning daily Very loud 🔊 in all hotel like party 24/7 :) Not recommend at all I give 1/10 just cause location and some nice staff They are expensive for the offer they give... Need to be prepared more for guests and to speak just a little English it's helpful for.both side. Good luck in future.

Ben böyle bir hotel görmedim. 5 günlügüne gitmisdik ve sikayet edince oda temizlendi. Tuvalet kagidi bile verilmedi. Cok pis bir hoteldi. Ich habe noch nie in meinem Leben so ein schlechtes hotel gesehen. Wir sind für 5 tage da gewesen und es wurde erst sauber gemacht nachdem ich mich massive beschwert habe. Sogar Toilettenpapier wurde nicht gegeben. Das hotel ist nichts wert, sehr dreckig.

Leider sehr schlechter Service. Unser Zimmer wurde in 5 Tagen Aufenthalt nur 1 mal gereinigt. Sehr schade, weil das Hotel sehr zentral in der Innenstadt liegt.

The property smells like bad public toilets! we booked a room for 3 and asked for 3 separate beds but we were given one double and one single with horrible, uncomfortable mattresses and the single bed was without blankets. I slept for 2 days with no blankets, and on the second night the heater stopped working, and it was snowing! so you can imagine. Also, the hotel is not clean, nor safe, and the walls are not sound proof so you can hear your neighbors talking, laughing, mating... we had a group of drunk men next to us and they kicked our door and almost broke it!!!! horrible!

It was my furst experience to visit Istanbul. The loocation of hotel is difficult to find, because its inside the narrow street. Many restaurants, gift shops are down under at the hotel. Madam tussauds muesum is at 3 min walk.

Good location. Clean, has basic amenities. But wifi was non existent, it wasn't working all the time. Made it hard to work since we need wifi for our work. Walls very thin, could hear the TV in the next room. Cleaning was done only we notified the reception.

Çok iyi bir otel olduğunu söyleyemeyeceğim resepsiyon oldukça suratsız en azından ufak bir tebessüm bile yeterli olurdu ama tek yaptığı suratınıza boş boş bakmak. Başka hiçbir becerisi yok. Oda yeterince temiz değildi ve ısıtma problemi vardı duş jeli ve şampuan deseniz inanılmaz rezalet daha kötü bir koju kullanılamazdı sanırım. Birdaha tercih edeceğimi düşünmüyorum.

Reinigung 0 erst WC Zwar Bettwäsche sehr schmützig und Flecken auch noch drauf, putz Team frägt nach Reinigung und ich habe ja gesagt aber trotzdem war nur aufräumen ohne Wechseln. Wasser Störung war für halb Tag und ich musste warten bis das Wasser wieder da also von 6:30 früh bis 13:30. Service null ich hatte zwei trink Wasser Flasche in Zimmer wann die fertig geworden ich habe nach gefragt bekomme ich antwort gibts nicht. Steht auf Internet Seite kein Rauch Zimmer aber ganz Hotel stinkt nach Zigaretten, und wann ich das gesagt habe bekomme ich antwort ist egal und wenn ich rauchen möchte ich darf schon aber bitte Fenster auf machen. Ab 02:00 fängt unten an reception sehr laute unterhalten und lachen bis 04:00 oder 05:00 Uhr. Aber nie wieder

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer, für Istanbuls Innenstadt, eher ruhigeren Gasse, die nicht mit dem Auto zu erreichen ist. Taxifahrer holen einen aber von dort ab. Der Ausblick war leider nicht schön, da man direkt dicht an einem anderen Haus stand. Die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden offen. Wenn man Glück hat, spricht der Mitarbeiter Englisch. Das Zimmer war leider etwas heruntergekommen und nicht so sauber, aber für 1/2 Nächte ok. Die Lage ist dafür toll und die Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Bana rezerve ettikleri odayı başkalarına satmışlar ve resmen dalga geçtiler. Kusura bakmayın satmışız sizin odanızı dediler yardımcı olmadılar onların yüzüne 3 katı fiyatına başka otelde kalmak zorunda kaldım çünkü istanbulda haftasonu gecesi otel bulmak imkansız eğer bulursanız benim gibi 1 geceye bin lira verirsiniz
