Excellent value! Location is great - five minutes walk to Beşiktaş waterfront area. Many nearby dining options. There is a bus stop just outside the door. Friendly staff is always ready to assist. I would gladly return!

I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel is conveniently located with plenty of shops nearby, which made things very easy. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room comfortable. Overall, a great experience and I would stay again.

The team at the Cheya are fantastic! Very friendly, very helpful. They were quickly able to resolve every little problem, with a smile and fantastic courtesy! The hotel is currently undergoing a restoration, and will be better still with fresh modern facilities when complete

Nice hotel with great location and service

Location is really great, our room wasn’t facing the street so it was quiet at night. The service was really good from all the staff especially staff member named Erkan, he was very helpful.

Nice Small Hotel

Nice little hotel, not far from the waterfront. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable, and they had a good free breakfast. If you take a taxi from the airport, make sure he stays on the main roads. Mine drove 15 minutes on narrow back streets, while the hotel is just off of a 6 lane boulevard. Don’t just trust the phone map route.

Cheya is a 3 star hotlel but it can easily beat many of 5 star hotels in Istanbul, compared to my previous fancy 5 start hotels in Bodrum and Kusadasi, its a little old and not fancy - you have all you need - but hotel staff was very helpful and supportive, also postive vibe. hotel location is fabulous. Its warm as home. next time in Istanbul its our only choice. Also there is a great night life and 2 double layer windows for noise control. So thank you.

We stayed at Cheya Beşiktaş Hotel in November, and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff, especially Oksana in the kitchen, stood out for her attentiveness, kindness, and hardworking nature. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect—her personable and supportive demeanor truly made a difference. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff demonstrated exceptional problem-solving skills and kindness. The cleaners were equally amazing—respectful and thorough in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, close to many attractions and within walking distance of the water. It made exploring the city so convenient. Nice hotel

Most of the staff I encountered were wonderful (just the daytime registration clerk on my checkout day was a little lacking in friendliness and helpfulness). The blinds on the windows in my room would not go down the last fort and a half, so I couldn’t make it dark in the room. Hotels.com says I was supposed to get a complimentary beverage and room upgrade (I’m not sure that there is more than one type of room at this hotel), but when I asked about the beverage I was told that I got a complimentary Breakfast instead. This may be accurate, but I thought breakfast was already included. The hotel is undergoing a major renovation, so most floors are a mess, but I was on the 5th floor and didn’t hear any of the construction unless I was in the lobby, the restaurant or the elevators. I liked the location and the small size of the hotel.
