Staff members were welcoming and respectful. Towels were changed everyday and beds make. However, on arrival we could smell cigarette smoke in the room for hours. So we were forced to open the windows for hours. The room was never hoovered until the 4th day.

Das Hotel sollte als Hotel garnicht genannt werden es ist sehr baufällig dreckig duschen verschimmelt Treppenhaus ohne Geländer Fahrstuhlschacht teilweisee nur mit Glas abgesichert essen nichtoglich da kein Restaurant einfach nur unfreundlich nach Androhung mit Polizei und konaolulqt habe ich ein Teil 5400 Lira von 8000 Retour bekommen nie wieder das Hotel

Tuvalet kağıdını ve çay kahve ikramını kaldırmışlar. İlginç olan isteyince de getirmiyorlar. Resepsiyondakiler sürekli değişiyor, her gittiğinde tekrar bilgi istiyorlar. Bir zahmet hizmet veren otel. Güleryüz ve misafirperverlik zaten yoktu ama tuvalet kağıdını yazsaydınız yanımızda getirirdik.

Temiz değildi . Yerlerde cips kırıkları vardı . Odada internet erişimi yoktu . Duş almak imkansız gibi , sürekli su kesiliyordu ve su aktığında yetersizdi . Odada çay kahve makinesi ve mini bar yoktu .Oda çok küçük ve havasızda . Sürekli yurtdışı ve yurtiçi otellerde kalan biri olarak hayatımda yaşadığım en kötü deneyimdi . Otelin en pahalı odasını satın aldığım halde bunları yaşadım . Standart odayı düşünemiyorum.
