The location was great, just few minutes walk from Taksim square and metro station. The area was very safe and there are many restuarans and clubs. The staff were very helpful and professional. Loved our stay at Istanbul Hub Flats, I was hesitant to stay at a hotel in Taksim as I read in reviews (of other hotels) that it is too loud at night but our hotel was quiet and peaceful. Beautiful room with small kitchen and everything was clean. There were stairs (already mentioned in the description) but the guy who checked us in helped with the luggage. The only drawback was the street was too steep and there were cars parked on both ends at all times so the taxi had to stop at the end of the street, a bit of inconvenience.

I recently stayed at Istanbul Hub Flats near Taksim, and it was an excellent experience. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, making it easy to explore the city's vibrant heart. The apartment was modern, clean, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, the living area was cozy, and the bedroom was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was also spotless and had a great shower. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to assist with any questions or needs. They provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, enhancing our stay. The rooms were clean overall and good. Had only 1 remote for the AC's which was inconvenient as there's a second bedroom upstairs. Stairs are tight and steep to second bedroom so be aware if it's an issue for you. The AC's worked well which was very important for us. Beds were good and bedding good. Fridge and appliances worked well but some maintenance needed to a broken outlet at the stove (we forgot to mention it to the owner). Dishwasher very convenient. Room service was great and friendly. Initially there weren't enough towels and no hand towels. This room should start with at least 4 or 5 bath towels and 3 hand towels and 2 floor towels. Noise level was good not noisy. We had lots of bags so going up to the 3rd floor in tight stairs was a challenge especially it's very hot and humid when we were there. Friendly and helpful owner and staff. Easy check-in and instructions. Thank you to the staff for letting us keep our luggage in the hallway during the day until our pick-up time. The dryer wasn't working on the property which was critical for our family. We'd drop them and go sight seeing only to come back and find them wet and stinky. Happened twice then we gave up. Note that this property and others around it are in very tight alleys that cabs and cars have a very hard time getting in and out. Allow a lot of extra time for that. The roads are usually blocked so getting out is a challenge. It is very close to Taksim and lots of shops and stores.

Not bad for the price but they seem pretty unorganized. I was waiting outside for almost 30 minutes upon arrival due to nobody answering. They also didn’t seem to know which room was mine as it was a late booking. They also agreed to allow me to check out an hour later then last minute said I have to leave right away
