Perfect for business stay

Istanbul Marriot Hotel Pendik is a great place to stay, comfort is good, hospitality perfect and the convenience with Pool, Sauna and Gym is really perfect! Also grateful for being recognized for being a return guets, and given an upgrade is always a pleasure and appreciated.

Clean, smoke-free and comfortable

Staff were extremely accommodating. The hotel was immaculate, smoke free and the beds were comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. The spa was excellent! We had burgers at the rooftop restaurant and they were perfect. We wished we had planned a day just to relax at the hotel. The only thing we didn’t like was the cost of breakfast, so if you can choose the option of included breakfast- go for it. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Pendik!

I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the Pendik area. We were welcomed with such kindness and caring. I felt at home as soon as we arrived. From the fruit plate when we arrived to the cute key chain as a momento, this hotel with their excellent staff really know how to make people feel welcome. Every little request or question I had during our 5 days stay was answered with a great desire to make us happy and comfortable. The rooms and view are beautiful, clean, super comfortable beds, an incredible spa with all you could need to relax. We couldn’t have asked for more. I miss the smiles of the staff already!

Clean, excellent customer service

The customer service here is outstanding! Every member of the staff genuinely cared that we have a good experience. The first room we checked into had a slight cigarette smoke smell. When I told the staff they immediately upgraded us and reassured us that if we didn't like the second room that they could give us another one. But the second room was perfect. The room was very clean and was cleaned well everyday of our stay. The spa was fantastic as well. And the restaurant had delicious food. We actually spent 2 full afternoons and evenings at the hotel because it was so lovely.

The front desk staff were great and friendly. However the pool bar was unstaffed most of the time even after requests to be served there. Additionally, the restaurant and bar had slow and inattentive service. Water was not offered or provided once.
