Room without AC, the housekeeper knocked the door and asked us to go out to clean the room, they don't change the towels, they hang it to dry by itself to reuse it... Poor breakfast

Sentralt med god service

Hotellet ligger veldig sentralt. Rommene var litt små men rent og spesielt badet i sin klasse var bedre enn i London. Personalet var serviceinnstilt og hyggelig. Var obs for taxisjåfør i Istanbul. Hotellet bestilte taxien for oss 40% billigere til flyplassen enn det sjåfører forlangte. De fleste butikker og taxisjåfører lurer turister. Anbefaler oppholdet på dette hotellet men ikke reis med turkishairlines og bestille taxien gjennom tyrkisk sim eller hotell. Fornøyd med hotellet og dets personalet men ikke tyrkere.

I arrived early so was prepared to wait, however the reception said my room was ready (which was wonderful). The hotel has a lift with plenty of room. Although my room was on the third floor, the positioning of the hotel means, there is barely any natural light, it's also a very small room. The television worked but I think the remote needed new batteries and there was no remote for the aircon. There was no water in the minibar on arrival, I understood no kettle but no water is strange. The weirdest thing, something I have never encountered in beautiful Turkiye is that the bidet didn't work properly- I think a plumber needs to look at the situation. I had very noisy neighbours (not the hotels fault) so that was a pain. Breakfast is buffet style and really great, you should find something to eat for your taste. The staff were helpful and professional. But overaIl can't really say I had a comfortable or restful time here.

Initially the room had the small bed, but we are relocated. Breakfast was very regular, because the machine juice never worked, the variety is too short. But finally is enough for the customers. The hotel accomplished with our expectations. We recommend for future guests.
