The location of the hotel is perfect. Separate thank you to the reception host Umut (I can have mistakes in the spelling, sorry!), he was very helpful and coffee was perfect.

This was a great hotel in a great location just a couple blocks from the Galataport and also close to shopping and restaurants. It was very clean and the staff was so kind and accommodating. If/when we ever visit Istanbul, we will stay here again. Definitely highly recommend.

Close to alot of cafes and restaurants, it’s in the pricer part of town. Easy transport by streetcar/tram and bus . Use taxi apps to order taxis . I don’t know why there are bad reviews our room on the 5th floor was lovely.

Property is clean. The receptionist even helped us with laundry after hours as we checked in late. He was very kind and the room was very nice with sea view. Definitely recommend.

Great location and Value

The location was great and the room was an amazing value! We stayed with our two younger daughters, and it felt safe. The hotel is right on a busy street, so the evening noise became an issue for the kids when it was time to sleep. Well worth the stay and would highly recommend for 1-2 nights.

Brand new hotel at very convenient location in the middle of everything! They serve delicious Turkish breakfast! Ferry and tramway is at 2 minutes walking distance. Also an available parking lot next to the tramway. The hotel location is also 1 block away from the night life area. The 200 year old baklava place is 1 minutes away! Friendly and helpfull hotel staff was there everytime we need them. They were also smiley and very warm. The room was super clean, and designed perfectly. The pricing rate was very budget saver if you compare with other hotels around for the service that we got. They also gave us an upgraded room because there was an available room! My girlfriend and I stayed there for 3 nights and we like everything about the hotel. If we go back to Istanbul again, definitely I will stay in this hotel!

Great location, highly recommend

Very clean and well-appointed room, staff was pleasant and helpful, quiet with windows closed, cute neighborhood with cafes and restaurants, great location near tram for exploring Istanbul - not in the usual tourist locations - more of a local feel.
