The staff was amazing, we received an outstanding service by wonderful people. Our whole trip was so convenient and great thanks to the help and services received at the hotel. The neighborhood is very safe and there is many great restaurants by the water. Access to transportation was alsp amazing we were at a 5 minutes walk to the bus stop and ferry.

Amazing hotel, great location

I came to Istanbul to attend a wedding and stayed here with my mother. The hotel was amazing, the staff were extremely helpful, always positive and their English was great! The room was clean. The hotel is extremely close to Beşiktaş central seaside(5 minute walking distance) as well as various transportation routes. I’d definitely recommend this hotel! Hope to stay here again.

This a family managed property. Very clean and organized. Very service oriented. Rooms are clean and renovated. Daily BF was a plus. Nisa, one of the daughters, was super and fast with all requirements.

Just a Roof over the Head, One of the worst in IST

If you just look for “A roof over your head” & still pay 170 €/night, that’s the right place! After some nights, with great disappointment we had to move to another hotel which matched our expectations, with all-Stars! As a highlight; Breakfast was worse than a Youth Hostel! A daily RATION on a plate with some cheese, ham, omelette, yoghurt, little veggie, some cream, honey, fruits were just 4 pieces of melon! You can ask for more! Checked in the room, we noted problems: cluttered shower changed quickly, leaking water hose fixed on 2nd day, “warm” fridge changed on 3rd day after several complaints, not with a new one as owner’s dad promised. They switched it with another room’s, so shifting the problem to another guest, as they said the hotel was full. Sorry for guests who got it! Turkish TV are open, English ch. like CNN/BBC are locked. The day Receptionist changed the batteries in the remote control (!), then promised to ask technicians, but nothing happened. When we asked after 3 days, she replied with an “angry face & tone” that it couldn’t be fixed! Our money is not enough to pay for a 2 English channels! They can always blame on technical problems, as no guest stays long enough to see the truth! Apart from some unfriendly persons, the other floor staff & owner's dad were helpful & friendly. But obviously it’s not enough, if management & receptionist have no education/experience in Hotel & Tourism so to understand & to improve, rather than just counting € & $!

Unsere Balkontüre war kaputt. Leider haben wir obwohl ein leeres Zimmer verfügbar war, kein Upgrade bekommen. Unser Zimmer war direkt gegenüber von einer Hauswand also unser Zimmer war den ganzen Tag stockdunkel ohne Tageslicht. Anstatt uns ein besseres Zimmer zu geben wollten sie nochmal extra Geld haben. Das Frühstück sah wirklich überhaupt nicht aus wie auf den Fotos!!! Sehr lieblos und geschmacklos. Schade.

Es ist sicher, zu Fuß zu den Fähren in 7 Minuten und alle sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Individualität wird wahrgenommen und berücksichtigt. Vor allem der Herr Atalay ist sehr aufgeschlossen. Gerne wieder!

mart ayında gitmiştik ve aşırı memnun kaldık. odalar çok temizdi ve her şey düşünülmüştü. fiyatına göre hiç böyle beklemiyorduk. kahvaltı da çok güzeldi. çalışan herkes çok tatlı ve içtendi, çok konforlu hissettiriyorlardı. çok zor beğenen biri olarak gerçekten çok memnun ayrıldım hiçbir şikayetim yoktu. konumu da çok iyiydi.

Odanın temizliğinde bir problem yoktu, sadece hizmet ve ilgi düşüktü. Çıkış saatime 30dk kala telefonla arayarak çıkmanız gerekiyor demeleri ve 12:15 gibi gelip kapıyı çalarak yine çıkış ile ilgili rahatsız edilmemiz hoş bir davranış değildi. 12:30 gibi çıktığımda ki belirtilen çıkış saati bunu gösteriyordu. Resepsiyon da ki personele de bu durumu anlattığımda Hotels.comu bilemem ben , çıkış saatimiz 12 gibi bir tavırla yaklaşımı hoş değildi. Resepsiyonda ki arkadaşın ilgisi ve tavrı çok düşüktü. Misafir ve müşteri odaklı bir yer olmadığını gördüm.
