La estancia en este hotel fue encantadora. Desde el personal que es amabilísimo, hasta el estado de las instalaciones (se veía todo muy cuidado) y un buen desayuno tipo buffet muy completo El único pero es que la habitación es un poco pequeño, pero el hecho de estar en el centro de Estambul con una localización inmejorable compensa.

Отель небольшой, но все соответствует своей цене. Отличное расположение отеля по отношению к достопримечательностям. Завтраки однообразные, но сытные: сыры, колбаса, яйца, огурцы, помидоры, оливки, гренки, батон, песочное печенье. Интернет отличный в номере. . Чай, кофе, вода в номере. Номера маленькие. Мы брали трехместный- это стандарт плюс приставная кровать. Очень было тесно. В санузле есть гель для душа, шампунь и тапочки. Всегда горячая вода есть. Омер - администратор всегда готов помочь. Очень отзывчивый и внимательный. Рядом с отелем много недорогих кафе и ресторанов. Недалеко (5 минут ходьбы) есть кафе на крыше Roof mezze360. Его легко найти. Вид там волшебный и кухня отличная. Пользовались услугой будильник из-за раннего выезда, разбудили во время. Хотя заселение было с 14 часов, мы приехали в 11 часов утра и нас сразу же разместили. До Галатского моста 10 минут ходьбы. Там мы и пообедали. Хоть и близко проходят трамвайные пути, в отеле довольно тихо в номерах. Рекомендую этот отель непритязательным путешественникам.

Мы положились на отзывы и не прогадали. Отдыхали втроем. Это великолепный отель, с прекрасным обслуживанием! Самый центр города, все 5 минуты ходьбы до Мармарая, пристани Эминеню, 10 минут до Султанахмета и при этом в отеле совершенно тихо, что редкость для этого района Стамбула. Звукоизоляция на высоте. Так же отмечу Омара, который всегда встречал с широченной улыбкой, во всем помогал и был очень полезен. Сантехника отличная, белье, подушки, одеяла хорошие, горячая вода в душе всегда была. В номере все необходимое, чайник, мини холодильник с водой, косметические принадлежности. Есть тапочки. Уборка каждый день, очень удобная электронная система управления этой опцией. Соседняя дверь с отелем - мини магазинчик. Там можно взять айран, йогурты, соки/лимонады, фрукты.

Otel güzel ve temiz resepyondsa ki görevli çok yardımcı oldu ve canayakın ancak otelde çalışan personel türk değil ve kahvaltı lezzeti türk kahvaltı lezzeti vermşyor yeterli olsa da ve temizlikçi kadın ilk gün temizlik yapmış güya pencere açık yatak toplanmamış havlular alınmış yerine yeni bırakmadığı gibi kapıyı açık bırakmış odanın, sonra kü gün kapıya vurmadan daldı odaya ayrıca kapı bozuk olduğu için diğer imsanlarda girdi odaya odayı karıştırdıkları için yani kaliteyi belirleyen çalışan personelin kalitesidir ucuz etin yahnisi olmaz

New fresh hotel, daily cleaning, good breakfast, close to everything, very helpful staff, we felt like family with them instead of guests. There was 6 people working there and everyone was wonderful so wonderful that my son got sad when we went. Faruk, Paşa, Ömer, Suleyman, Mara (kitchen / breakfast) and the maid I forgot her name, thank you for everything, you are wonderful people/staff and keep it like that, se you soon. The hotel is highly recommended.

Nous avons passer un tres au bon sejour à Istanbul au sein de l'hôtel Villa Sweet. Le personnel Faruk Pasa et Omer sont tres serviable et chaleureux. L'hotel est tres bien situé il est à deux pas du tramway, des commerces, restaurants traditionnel et du Bosphore, Grand bazar et Mosquée Bleu... La chambre est exactement comme sur la photo donc pas de surprise, elle est propre et tout les équipements sont mis à disposition. Le petit déjeuner était tres bien fournis et bon mais néanmoins le personnel etait un peu froid. Nous avons passé un agréable sejour et nous recommandons cette hotel pour toutes les personnes qui veulent venir à Istanbul.

The staff are nice and helpful and the room is neat and tidy. The breakfast is well served every morning. More, it is very close to public transport and F&B, will stay in this hotel if I travel to Istanbul again. I really like the staff who are very passionate in their job
