"I recently returned to this hotel after four years, expecting the same pleasant experience I once had. Unfortunately, my stay was a major disappointment from start to finish. The property is clearly not being maintained. Many areas look worn-out, aged, and in need of serious refurbishment. What used to feel charming and well-kept now feels neglected. The cleanliness was also far below acceptable standards — from dusty surfaces to poorly cleaned rooms and bathrooms, it was obvious that attention to detail has slipped dramatically. Service, which had previously been a highlight, has also declined. Staff seemed overwhelmed, uninterested, or simply unmotivated. Basic requests took far too long, and the overall atmosphere felt disorganized and inattentive. What makes the situation even more frustrating is the price. For the current condition of the hotel and the level of service provided, the rates are far too high. It felt like I was paying premium prices for a budget-level experience. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations in any way. I hope the management takes significant steps to improve maintenance, cleanliness, and service quality. Until then, I cannot recommend this hotel and sadly won’t be returning."
