"I had such a wonderful experience at the JW Marriott Istanbul, and I especially want to recognize Erdem at the front desk. He was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming throughout my stay. He made everything feel so smooth and effortless, and his attention to detail and genuine hospitality really stood out. "The hotel overall is very good. Two small negatives. The staff at front desk could be more helpful by paying attention to guests and staying away from their cell phones while helping guests. The small fridge in my room had glass door and its light was on all night. That's not helpful for guestscwho can sleep with lights on. The breakfast and dinning area were excellent. The Turkish bath and sauna were great. The location was good, not too close to heart of the old city but not too far, about 20 minutes walk. I would recommend Holiday Inn Old City."

"🌟 Unforgettable Stay – We Felt Like Family! Review Score: 4/5 We just returned from our family trip to Istanbul, and the absolute best part of this hotel was the phenomenal staff. The entire reception team was amazing, but we want to give a special mention to Eyup. His service was absolutely phenomenal, and he went completely above and beyond for us. By the end of our stay, the whole team felt like family, and they made us feel like a part of theirs. We stayed in a top-floor air conditioned apartment with very good accommodation and incredibly comfortable beds. The rooms were reasonably clean for the local standard, though the hotel itself felt a little undermaintained in places. If you want a comfortable stay with world-class hospitality, this is the place. We would love to return in a heartbeat just to see our new family again!"
